I am disabled, and need extra assistance with certain things. They went out of their way to help me and were kind and professional as well. The doctor was phenomenal. He took time to ask me about my experience at the previous pain management clinic I attended, and why I left. He asked what I was hoping to get out of my experience with him and his clinic. We discussed my medication's and he was able to tell me that I had received some in accurate information previously. we made adjustments to my medication's and he told me what his course of action would be if I don't see improvement. He was very open and explained things thoroughly. He was very kind and personable, but also incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I am very happy that I made the choice to switch clinics and I am confident I will see reduction in my pain levels and that he will work with me until that happens.

My experience with this group of so called " medical professionals " has been so horrific. Even now that I'm under new care I am still dealing with the incompetence of the Glen Burnie office seeing as they won't fax over any of my medical records to my new neurosurgeon even though I signed the release papers for the information four days ago. I have two herniated discs in my lower lumbar causing me extreme back pain that goes down my left leg . It was suggested to me that we do a series of steroid shots which I was all for . The shots were going to be done in a set of three. Two out of three times your inexperienced staff could not find a vein to administer anesthesia so I had to experience the pain of an epidural even when I was being pumped with numbing medication that didnt even work. They blamed me and the condition of my deep veins as the problem so that they didn't have to administer any anesthesia. I would like to point out that I have had three surgeries in the last year at a surgical center that has the exact same equipment limitations as your office and they never had any problem administering anesthesia. My insurance company who handles my short term disability could not get a hold of Dr. Sanderson or his team to get medical records to confirm that I was under treatment. I went several weeks without pay!!!! The whole experience was unacceptable so much so That I now have a new pain management team and I replaced the neurosurgeon Who recommended me to guys to begin with . Do better!!!

I arrived at 11:10 a.m., which is within the standard 15-minute grace period most clinics and health facilities follow, and more than enough time to complete paperwork -- especially since no one sent forms ahead of time. The moment I walked in, the front-desk person looked at me and said, "Unfortunately, you have to reschedule." No check-in. No explanation. Nothing. I was later told I was expected to arrive 45 minutes early, even though this was never communicated through phone, text, email, or instructions. No one called to clarify. No one advised me. I did everything correctly based on the information they gave me. Because of their internal communication failure: I was denied physical therapy, My pain remains untreated, I lost time, money, and energy dealing with this place, I now have to find a new provider while dealing with neck and arm pain from a recent accident This experience was careless and dismissive. When a practice claims to provide responsive, patient-centered care, denying treatment to someone who arrives five minutes early for a confirmed appointment is unacceptable. I hope they reconsider their scheduling and communication practices so other patients aren't harmed the way I was. My advice -- find some place else. They can't help you.

I love "Dr. Edzi" for his empathy and rapport with patients and ability to ease pain. It makes me sad that I probably won't see the doctors again. DOCTORS: 5 STARS Second, the PAs are fine. I found them professional and helpful in writing prescriptions, orders for imaging, and describing options for treatment. I told him that I had a right hip resurfacing done about 10 years ago add the second one done about a year ago on my left hip, which corrected my lower back problem! He did nothing to address my level eight left hip pain that I was there for and focused on an old MRI wanting to send me to one of his physical therapist (Bezak chiropractic and rehabilitation) that he said he does business with them all the time (maybe a close friend or family member because they're referring unnecessary referrals which should be investigated). He was not very attentive and made an appointment to come back in October for the hip, but in the interim gave me another referral for an MRI of my spine!!!! I told him I have no pain in my spine. Went to First Call in Gambrills ( previously known as Chesapeake Ergent Care, w/same contact info) They were incredibly well run. -Open 7 days! -no appt needed -wait in-vehicle -lines are outside -Rapid & send out test -Test was not painful, just a bit uncomfortable The swab seemed to be flexible -even with a double line of 12-15 cars, it was well organized, supervised traffic director, smooth process, and a bit over an hour total time spent there ! After some of the negative stories of the process .. I was surprised.

The family was able to see her that day and my wife was able to stay until a little after 8pm and then she had to leave. She passed a few hours after, and the facility called and informed us. The only negative thing I would have to say about the facility is when a loved one dies in the middle of the night why cant they wait until in the morning for the funeral home to have to be contacted and then the funeral home calls you and wants to discuss everything at 1am. This needs to be changed..
