The atmosphere was very laid back, but dealing with my issue, Becky was extremely thorough to assess what was happening. She could see this was an issue with a pinched nerve and she narrowed it down to two specific areas, then worked carefully and diligently to deal with the "pinched" areas. I know it sounds crazy, but I felt almost immediate relief once I left the office. I have a couple more sessions scheduled, but even waking up the next morning, the pain had subsided by half. After my first required sessions were finished they wanted me to sign again with an only $10 copay. Sessions lasted 5 months. In November I got my FIRST BILL from them after 5 months totaling almost $500 with what they said was my responsibility after my insurance payments to ATI. Why wait 5 months to send my first bill, and when they realized I owed more $ month to month why wasn't my co-payment increased? They withheld this information thinking we would cancel the therapy is why. They will be reported to the BBB and consumer protection agency.
