I am not an easy stick - case in point, I got stuck 5 times at my last Labcorp visit. My veins aren't the best. Fortunately Chesapeake has super skilled and kind staff who do amazing work. So I searched out a trainer and fixed appointments to both keep me motivated and frankly because I knew I'd go if I was paying more than a gym membership. I looked at many options in the area and settled on EIF based on their reputation, individualized process, the others I looked at just seemed to be too cookie cutter and cared less what I wanted from my exercise. Originally I planned on getting in the swing of things and then going back to working out on my own at a monthly gym. I now look forward to working out and plan on continuing with EIF indefinitely. My knees will not go back to being 29 again, but I am walking around with very little pain and riding my bike on the B&A trail without any issues. My knees are still a bit sore (they feel tender, likely due to the "new" tissue) but everything is proceeding pretty much how they communicated with me ahead of time. I prefer this kind of medicine (PT) over just taking drugs for pain and/or having surgery. I brought my wife in for back pain and they figured out her one leg was shorter than the other.
