The original finish and color of my purse. When I sent it in the handle was dirty a little and there was a small circle stain on the back.

I'm not one to leave reviews but this place has such shady business practices I just had to leave one. Now that I'm here I definitely should have read the reviews first before leaving my purse with them! I brought in a pink purse that was slightly dirty as I was unfamiliar with cleaning purses and didn't want to mess it up on my own. I took it to them to clean it and the owner told me it might be hard to clean which I understood and wasn't expecting perfection I just wanted him to do the best he could. To my surprise when I got the purse back like 3 weeks later it was completely ruined. I didn't mind waiting for it as the owner told me he had to send it out for it to be cleaned and wait for it to be sent back and I was in no particular rush. Sadly my purse came back completely RUINED. It came back extremely discolored, dry, and covered in scratches. Unfortunately I paid the other half for the cleaning fee (the first half was paid when I dropped off the purse) before looking at the purse because I didn't expect it to be ruined. I looked at the purse in the parking lot before driving off and went back in minutes later because the purse looked completely horrible with scratches all over it and discolored. The owner was giving me a hard time about it and kind of blaming me for it since "he told me it was going to be hard to clean" but ended up taking the purse back to send it back and be fixed. Two weeks later I got my purse back this time with less scratches yet still discolored and dry regardless of the ticket noting discoloration. When I got my purse back I talked to the owner again telling him how my purse didn't look right which I guess he didn't like. This time he still blamed me for it because "he told me it was going to be hard to clean" and basically refused to do anything about it but me sending back the purse had nothing to do with it still being dirty the issue I had with it was the discoloration, dryness, scratches all over, and green around the gold lettering in the front of the bag. He was acting like I brought the purse in extremely dirty and almost black and it was so impossible to clean. It honestly was dirty a little bit hence why I took it to the dry cleaner in the first place but not anything extreme. Other places I took it to did a test area and declined taking it in as they weren't familiar with that kind of purse which is fair. I wrongfully assumed this place would do something similar! I would have much rather preferred they sent it back to me in the same state I brought it in rather than completely ruining it. My step dad also tried calling him to discuss the situation after I had my purse sent back the second time and it was still ruined because maybe I wasn't explaining myself well or my frustrations weren't super clear, and the owner refused to speak to him. He told my step dad that it had nothing to do with him and he didn't need to explain himself to anyone. I'm not extremely upset about the $50 purse cleaning fee as it isn't very much money nor am I extremely upset about my purse being ruined even though I have every right to be. The thing that upsets me the most is the lack of professionalism, integrity and unwillingness to do anything to make the situation right. How in any way shape or form is it my fault as a customer for my purse being ruined after taking it to "professionals." I can't really speak for how they care for clothing but if you go here, I don't recommend dropping your bag off here definitely take it somewhere else. I attached photos of it before when it was new and after the second time it was sent back to me. The purse was relatively new so the before and after aren't far apart. I wish I took a picture of how it looked right before I took it in but it wasn't that dirty so I didn't think I was going to end up with this whole ordeal.

My newly dry cleaned shirt with a brand new hole in it.

Great service with better pricing than most locations. The prices here beat most east side Costa Mesa locations.

It's just such a shame that the technology seems to have been designed by someone who genuinely dislikes the human race. If you have a spare hour and a burning desire to donate your hard-earned money to a digital abyss, you are going to LOVE it here. It's less of a laundromat and more of a high-stakes escape room where the prize is simply being allowed to wash your socks. A FEW "CHARMING" QUIRKS: * THE MAGIC VANISHING ACT: I paid $39 for a card, and the machine sweetly told me to "collect" it. Silly me, I thought that meant it was ready to use! It turns out the card is as empty as the customer service promises. * THE WALL OF LITERATURE: Unless you plan on spending your afternoon studying the "Wall of Text," which is basically a manifesto on how to navigate their hostile interface, you'll never guess that you have to take the card out of one slot and shove it into another just to find the money you already paid. * THE SILENT TREATMENT: I spent 20 minutes pressing the "Help" button, which is a lovely decorative touch, really, and calling a support line that I'm convinced leads directly to a disconnected payphone in 1994. I ended up paying an extra $25 just to escape with clean clothes, essentially gifting my first $40 to the universe, or the next lucky stranger. I even found a discarded card on the floor, a tragic little souvenir left by the last person who realized they'd been fleeced. It's such a quirky business model, you can't even get your $1 deposit back for the plastic! THE TAKEAWAY: It is truly impressive how a place can look so clean while its system feels so... predatory. If you're looking for a free wash, honestly, just stand near the kiosk and wait for the machine to rob the next unsuspecting visitor. I'm sure they'll leave their card behind in a fit of tears, too! A TINY SUGGESTION FOR MANAGEMENT: Perhaps you could update the screen to say, "Please collect your useless, unloaded card and put it in the next slot so we can finally give you what you paid for." Or, and I say this with so much love, you could join us in the 21st century and get a machine that actually functions. Good luck to everyone else! You're going to need it.

But, I think dry cleaning reviews are extremely important. Especially if you are trusting them with an expensive item or something sentimental. I found this place randomly after having an IV that went wrong at UCI. There was blood on my legs, the floor, all over my arms and unfortunately, my coat (it got all over my pajamas. But I was not worried about that) I immediately looked up places on yelp and dropped my coat off on the way home. Not going to lie, I was sweating while dropping this off. This is one of my go to coats and it can't just be replaced. It was a huge investment piece I read their reviews and liked the photos they posted. I dropped it off on a Thursday and it was ready for pick up on Tuesday. (It ended up being done a day early) When I dropped it off They asked me questions like how long it has been since the blood got on my coat (less than 2 hours prior) They ended up texting me photos as well. Showing before , during the process and then the final product The price of getting the blood out and dry cleaning the whole coat was 55 dollars. It included getting the blood out and cleaning the whole outside of the coat. It ended up looking amazing, you can't even tell it had blood soaking in it. When I came to pick my coat up, Jamie remembered the coat and the stain. she immediately asked me if I was feeling ok now and if I was healthy now. This was just the second time seeing her, and for her to remember really means she's great with customer service and actually cared. After picking up my coat, jamie sent me a text a few hours later thanking me for my service and they appreciate their customers This place is located in a little strip mall and does not look like much, yet they do specialize in very high end pieces / wedding dresses. I don't even mind coming from Long Beach to this place. It's hard finding reliable services. (The person who tailors my clothes is also based OC) So, when I came to pick up my coat, I ended up dropping off more items Which were -Balmain cardigan -Versace cape -Ramy Brook dress. And these are all light colors. So you could see all the wear and tear. For me to trust a place with my capes, that's saying a lot, lol. When it came to my cape, she even sewed the buttons on since they were loose. I did not even ask her to do this. I was blown away by her attention to detail I'm really glad I had the chance to speak to Jamie Whether dry cleaning is part of your daily / weekly routine or if it's something you do once in a blue moon, I highly suggest this locally owned and operated / family owned and operated business. Jamie is amazing pros Private parking lot The prices were really reasonable The people are extremely friendly and highly knowledgeable!!!! They offer laundry pick up AND drop off They have a drive thru for pick up they also offer organic dry cleaning They have a huge list of fabrics they work with, like leather and suede They also clean couches, rugs and big items This place also specializes in wedding dress cleaning. Which if someone trusts them with their wedding dress? It must be good! Great customer service! I can't stress how great, Jamie was I think it's safe to say, I will not go anywhere else for my dry cleaning needs. My coat looks brand new! I plan on dropping off - Gucci cape - Gucci loafers - Gucci handbag - Valentino cape - Gucci cardigan For next time I'm in the area. Jamie will blow you away!!!! I LOVE how she keeps you in the loop with photos. Thank you Jamie!!!!
