He is knowledgeable, patient, and truly knows how to push you to the next level of fitness. Just in the last 4 sessions I have had with him, I feel like a new person. The atmosphere is welcoming and all the members are friendly and encouraging. They even have weekly social events and have almost a small family or community feeling.
