I set up a consultation with someone in the facility back in November, but as I arrived at the center, I realised it was all empty? I then continued to try to reach them by phone to get in touch with a trainer, but to no avail. A few weeks ago, I received a very well-written and motivating email from the owner about fitness and maintaining healthy habits, this prompted me to give it one last shot. I once again called the place, left them a voicemail ANDD responded to the very inspiring email, but all in vain. I really wanted to give my business to this place, but I guess they didn't want it.

That kind of responsiveness matters. It's a small local business with trainers who genuinely care about the people who walk through the door, and I'm very happy to have Wild as part of my routine.

I was a little nervous about the heat, but they keep them right around 125 and if that's too hot, you can always adjust accordingly to what would make you more comfortable. The best part is that you don't have to work out for as long. I did a bike workout for 12 minutes and after waiting 15 minutes for my Pilates, I had already burned off another 85 active calories just by standing there. The staff is so friendly and great at explaining things. Wade is super attentive and really walked us through the entire process. The best perk is that it's way cheaper than most places you would go for classes and it's unlimited with 24/7 access. I would definitely recommend giving it a try and your first class is free!

Unlike other gyms, if you miss a class, they encourage you to make it up and try a different class rather than losing the money. Cardio Complete - these classes are a great full body workout with routines that each target different muscle groups. Incorporating bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, jump ropes and more. As someone who grew up dancing, these classes are especially fun for me as I enjoy the aerobics style routines. I saw results in my strength, cardio and muscle tone very shortly after joining these classes. Boxing - I am not a consistent member of the boxing classes, but have done a few drop-in classes and got a great workout! If you are looking for a fast paced, fun and tiring workout I would definitely recommend trying a boxing class. During the class you will switch between heavy hanging bags, speed bags, headache bags as well as individual target mitts with a trainer.
