I would like to take this opportunity to make the Janesville PF aware of the exceptional employee…read morethat they have on their late night / early morning shift! Her name is Nicole (Nikki). She is the example of a perfect employee in my eyes and needs to be recognized for just that... Her commitment to PF is amazing compared to most I have seen on that shift. She not only has the place spotless when I come in, but she greets everyone with a smile and with her constant positive helpful personality! She knows her job well and it shows. In my opinion she is the example of what a real manager should look like! Please don't turn a blind eye PF. Nikki should be commended for a job well done! I challenge you PF to ask anyone who comes in late night /early morning what they think of Nikki. In a positive way you will be pleasantly surprised! I could go on and on, but I won't. The smell is absolutely abhorrent. I had to buy a citrus spray to have in there in order to breath. What this Y needs to do in the locker room areas is a light refresher (and a damn good deep clean). The shower heads need to be replaced, as well as the curtains. Those should be replaced monthly if we're being honest with how often they're being used. Come to mention it, I don't think I've ever seen a cleaning person cleaning the locker room when I've been there. Could be due to hire someone to maintain the cleanliness. As far as the steam room, seems it needs to be shut down for a good deep cleaning with lots of bleach to get rid of that smell. So overall, good but could be great with a refresher so we can actually enjoy the amenities they have to offer!

You cannot say the same about Janesville Athletic Club, for example. So that gets a 'star'. Second, however, is the service, and in this respect they are by far the worst.
