If I could give this location a zero I would. I decided to visit this location on 8/11/21 at around…read more3:00 p.m. to see if it would be more convenient for me to join while I'm visiting my family on several occasions during the year. The year prior I visited the Loves Park location and was really impressed with the staff and the professionalism they showed. They informed me you could get a 24 hour pass to try out the facility. So I inquired about the pass this visit to see which location would serve me better. I was told by the young African American man at the counter that he didn't know anything about that and that I could pay 20.00 dollars for the visit. I informed him that I had done that the previous visit at the Loves Park location and he said it was 20.00 for a day pass. At no time did he mention that you could go on the website and get the pass. I don't usually write reviews unless I have either really exceptional service or really horrid service. This location gets the horrid award. Both he and a young kinda chubby African American girl were not at all friendly or accommodating. Obviously the young man didn't really know his job or was just not informing me of that option although he stated he was a manager. I declined to pay the 20.00 and proceeded to leave when the young chubby girl literally walked right in front of me and then turned her back to me and proceeded to block my exit from the building. I'm not really sure what any of this was about but It appeared to me to be racially motivated. It was really disappointing of an experience since I was excited to check out a new Gym. I wonder really what the world is coming to when young people like that have so much animosity and vileness in thier hearts towards another person because the other person has a different color skin. All I know is that those 2 individuals are a huge liability to this establishment. I then went to the Loves Park location and was treated very professionally by the staff there.

Excellent PF! Staff go out of their way to assist and are always kind and patient. The cleanliness…read moreof this gym is outstanding! I also visit the Y on occasion and there is no comparison! Love this PF and I'm especially grateful for the updated and variety of equipment. Highly recommend.

I sent the below message to one of their trainers in South Beloit and she never replied to this…read moremessage......(I think that in itself explains a LOT about this business!): "I'm a little confused by the contradiction between your statement above("I am not able to adjust program pricing without re negotiating our lease for a lower rate, not paying out team of coaches and continuing their education. I'm sure you want them to be the best and up to date with their training to help you best accomplish your goals.") and the explanation on your advertisement on Facebook as to why you are offering a "free" 6 week program.... ("Why Simple - I am looking to market my facility and use the testimonials from this program to get more clients. AND - because when I have done this program in the past most people stay on afterwards to become members because they love our facility so much."). Maybe the $400 that you'll refer to as a "small deposit" is actually considered small to some of your clients. However, for me that's a huge amount of my money to allow someone I don't know or trust to hold for me. Coming in, I was under the impression that your business was willing to help me for FREE for 6 weeks and in return use my testimonial to prove your worthiness to my friends, family, others and to keep my business. I understand now that I was wrong. I understand now that your advertisement is merely a lure to get people to come in. Again, no hard feelings. Have a Happy New Year!". Their so called "FREE" 6 week program they run periodically is a complete SCAM!!! BEWARE!!!
