I'm on an unlimited plan and unfortunately life happens and I have to call in every now and then to cancel last minute classes due to my children and their summer activities. Management was courteous and let me in the door to workout in less than 60 seconds. Atmosphere - lift, go heavy or go home, love it! If I lived in Rockford, I would join this gym in a second. It has everything you need to get stronger and more fit. Squat racks, nice benches, dumbells all in tact, more calf machines than you can imagine, including one that will work your calves better than any machine at any other gym -- donkey machine. You need a poster of Arnold or you can't call yourself a gym -- these guys have one. The regulars didn't bother me and were also courteous. The only complaint I have is that now at home I have to go to a fancy gym where nobody is even sweating. Thank you Asylum, hope to see you next year. Dan
