Each week the instructor teaches a new lesson, comprising various poses, breathing exercises, core work, relaxation, and some lore. Beginners welcome. A typical class starts with centering, then a gentle warm up series, followed by various standing and kneeling poses, and a few gentle movement sequences. While they do offer classes of different variation throughout the week, they also offer a Community class every Saturday morning from 10-11:30 that is donation based (they suggest $5 minimum). The classes are usually small and intimate, and the teacher really works one-on-one to make sure your posture and pose are at its best! It was a lot harder than I anticipated; some of the poses really make you stretch and work your whole body, but there are a lot of variations to moves to fit your comfort level! I really liked how I felt afterwards. Their drop-in prices for classes are not very expensive, nor are the memberships should you choose to go regularly. A great establishment with great teachers!

They offer free mats, blocks, straps or you can bring your own, they just ask you to wipe down/ sanitize the things you use before you head out. Their schedules change monthly so check out their website for current classes being offered. They have a coat room where you can leave anything like jackets, shoes, purses and phone if needed. They accept cash or card for drop in classes, no sign up necessary for drop in classes. Great location and plenty of parking. If your curious about yoga and want to get your toes wet, I highly recommend this place !

I dont know if the person who signed up our membership was incorrect in telling us this but the only reason we had bought a membership was to use the studio for dance as studio rental is incredibly expensive. Very disappointed.

I joined this location specifically for the "warm pool." In the last two months, only one time,…read morehave I been able to actually swim without an issue. There are only 3 lanes available; and if you go anytime after work, good luck getting access to the single lane that they condense lap swimmers down to due to swim lessons taking precedence. There are weird "safety breaks" that occur throughout the day and the last time I was there, I was in my final 25 lengths to my 2 mi swim and was told I had to get out because the lifeguard "deserved a break" (her words, not mine). Mind you, I was the ONLY person in the entire aquatics area at this time. And, she was wearing street clothes; not even a swim suit. I assured her I was of no concern to her and asked if I could finish my training. She suggested I "read the signs" As soon as my training comes to an end, I will be leaving this location. Their lack of employees, specifically lifeguards, should not negatively impact paying members. If I could submit more complaints, I would.
