Workouts start promptly at whatever time you come in for. It begins with a warmup for about 15min that kicks your butt. After the warm up I had hoped we were done haha. Being a newbie, the instructor was very helpful in showing me the moves and made sure I understood the routine. Overall, I left this place exhausted and sweaty but felt great and accomplished. I know that if I'm dragging, someone will help pick me up. The workouts are challenging and can be modified based on fitness level, motivation that day, or physical limitations.
