I wish everyone could be part of a gym like this. Safe, supportive, fun, clean, kind, truly…read morecustomized workouts, and just a lot of care and attention put into this space, aka the people, both the staff and clients. I'd been eyeing this gym last year but wasn't motivated enough. I then severely injured my meniscus and as a queer disabled woman I felt concerned about my health trajectory. My progress has been phenomenal and so many things in my life have gotten easier. I'm slowly easing off the crutches and feel confident I can and will move forward but will also be able to handle inevitable life setbacks. Gina and her team treat you like a whole person - I needed a lot of accommodations due to multiple disabilities and problem issues like hypermobility, joint dislocations, migraines, nerve pain in my shoulders and hips, and more. We've worked through them all and I'm so grateful I made this choice and to Gina and Joe for their constant encouragement and what actually feels like love. I'll add this gym does rehab work like with me but other things too like elite athlete work, expectant mums, post partum folks, and some other specialities too. Highly highly recommend.

I along with many others are honestly extremely disappointed with this establishment recently as…read moreyou fail to provide basic necessities such as resistance bands or proper attachments for machines. We pay more for this gym than others near combined and shouldn't have to spend almost $20 extra for something that should be provided by a gym. On top of this nearly everyday there is something going on in base camp that should be hosted in one of the yoga rooms, base camp is very popular and should be accesible for ALL paying members when they want to use it.

I chose this gym because I thought the price would make it more of an adult setting and not a bunch…read moreof teens and screaming kids, but I was wrong. They cater to the kids and dues paying, working adults come secondary. They sell you on all the amenities like pool and spa, but fail to tell you that If you work a job like most adults you will never be able to use the pool or spa without screaming kids or groups of teens playing grab ass, the no diving or horseplay is never enforced. Think they set aside time for hardworking, paying adults to swim in peace, nope think again Mon-Fri 12pm to 7pm is family time and when they run their second business of paid swim lessons. That's right you pay your dues so they can charge others extra for swim lessons during peak after work hours. So as a working person you can not swim laps or avoid screaming kids jumping in the spa. Oh, but if you want to come in at the crack of dawn or right at closing time you can swim laps, pretty hard to do if you work a regular job. They also do a horrible job keeping kids off the machines which will be your only option since the pool is off limits while you are there. And if it's volleyball season they rent out the racquetball courts to high school teams to practice. Avoid at all costs, and it's an expensive one, if you want to workout or relax in peace as this is a afterschool hangout and they are all on their phones sitting on machines, even kids on phones in the spa watching videos and no one ever comes thru to police anybody.
