I walked in not see anyone at the front desk so I was really confused but if you just walk past the front door you'll get to the dance studio area. It's a little bit hard to find from the parking area but there are letters on the walls And you should look for the one under the E sign. Anyways the person who is at the real reception desk was really nice And there wasn't too much instructions when you gotten about what to do. The actual class that I took was strength training for 30 minutes and I would say that this is actually on the easier side for people who are used to intense workouts. It's mostly work on a yoga mat or standing up with smaller weights. The Iffg and there wasn't too much instructions when you got in about what to do. The actual class that I took was strength training for 30 minutes and I would say that this is actually on the easier side for people who are used to intense workouts. It's mostly work on a yoga mat or standing up with smaller Weights. The average age of people who come to this class is older and the gender is mostly female. Still the class was a really fun high energy class and the prices are usually reasonable for the class. Anyways probably wouldn't come back again because my preferred exercise is really high intensity but if you are someone who's looking for a more chill workout and a pretty energetic instructor and come here just to check it out. It's also pretty close to Fred Meyer's.
