People of all shapes and sizes welcomed :)

If I could give this place a 10 star rating, I would. I have always been fairly active, but only to be able to eat what I wanted to eat. I never cut anything out of my diet, I ate whatever I pleased and I never saw results because of this. I was the type of person to take naps during my lunch break because sleep sounded way more appealing than food. Since I've started the 6 Week Challenge at Twice Bitten Crossfit, my energy levels have been at an all time high. I can wake up at 4:30am to attend a 5:30am workout and be up and alert until 11:30pm. I look good, I feel good and I am also way more productive. I cannot thank these people enough for putting me on a customized meal plan that actually works for me and my body type. This isn't your average "cookie-cutter" meal plan where one idea is supposed to work for everyone. They legit take the time out to sit you down and find out what your weight loss/weight gain goals are. From there, they provide you with an easy to follow grocery list and give you ideas on recipes that are simple to follow and quick to make. You really have no choice but to meet your goals. I thought I would dread going to the workouts but they are honestly the best part of my week! I am so grateful for the trainers that guide and push me throughout the workout sessions. They have dedicated themselves to helping me become a better me and without them, I'd still be doing the bare minimum just to be able to eat junk and feel horrible about myself. I look forward to working out thanks to Twice Bitten Crossfit! Thank you guys for changing my life!!!

A true 5 stars. The worst part about joining TBC is that I didn't do it sooner!! Since day 1, the community within has been a great experience. The coaches and staff are so friendly and personable. There can be an intimidation factor in joining a new gym (i know i was) but they make you feel so comfortable and really want you to succeed. Even this morning, i started setting up to be on the safe side weight-wise but the coaches really pay attention to your progress and recommended i challenge myself because he knew i could handle it. And i was able to prove i could. It was a great coaching moment. If that's not enough to get you to come by, keep reading. I started with a 6 week challenge where it's set for you to basically bet for/against yourself. They give you all the tools to meet your weight loss/body fat decrease goals: access to classes 3x a week, a nutrition plan, and coaching all along the way. And i have done challenges before (this is how they got me) but this one you are held so accountable for your fitness and nutritional decisions that you really can't mess this up. I am a HUGE foodie and this new meal plan was going to be the toughest part. But i have had too much fun coming up with new recipes within the plan that i have even created an Instagram to document my newfound healthy eating. I can 100% tell a difference in my appearance just from the food i am eating (was already working out 7x a week prior to this). The coaches always check up on you to make sure you are on track and open themselves to any questions you have. Why not come on yelp to share the things i have already been telling to anyone that will listen?! Tl;dr- JOIN TBC!!!! You will love it!!!!

Twice Bitten Crossfit has to be the worst fitness business in Oklahoma! Please save your time and money! Truly, I say this because I would HATE for anyone to have to go through what I experienced. Typically I base my decisions off of reviews and I heard a few disappointing comments before but I thought I'd give them a try anyways. I should've listened and avoided them completely. So, if you're a firm believer in going to place off reviews PLEASE read, read again, share, and take my word. Honestly, I wouldn't even write a review like this if it wasn't that bad, but this place is THAT BAD! DO NOT BE LIKE ME AND THINK 'oh I'll give it a try' IT'S NOT WORTH IT, I PROMISE! I originally saw the ad on Facebook stating that they were having a free six week challenge. Yes, it said free. I signed up and received an email and text message right away, so I thought this must be legit. I was super excited about meeting with them and starting my journey. I get to their gym for my consultation. No one was at the desk, no one greeted me, NOTHING. I sign in and take a seat. About five minutes later Destiny walks in on her phone asking if I'm here for the challenge. She gives me an application to fill out then has me wait another 10 minutes. After she looks over the application she takes my weight and fat percentage. I then have to wait another 10-15 minutes to speak with the "trainers." Liam and Patrick walk out of room, introduce themselves, then ask to follow them into their office. We all have a seat and they begin throwing all these questions out. I felt as if I were in an interrogation room. Not to mention another lady went home crying, but I'm sure her review will be on here soon. They constantly asked "why should we include you in our training?" They bashed me for my weight and other numbers and laughed right in my face. I was very uncomfortable the entire time. I sat there and listened with no complaints. But, the disrespect from them was unbelievable. They begin to throw numbers out saying it would cost $599 up front. Or you could pay $274 now and by Saturday (which was three days later) to pay another $274. However, I was under the impression that it was free so NO I did not bring $599 or $274. I put $50 to hold my spot. Honestly because it felt like I had no choice. Of course I did, but it was like I pressured to do so. They had me sign all these papers and then sent me out the door. Later that day when I came to my census, I realized Twice Bitten Crossfit was not the place for me. I figured I would forfeit my spot and let someone else join the challenge. I tried calling their business number over ten times that day and no one answered. I even tried texting and calling the numbers that sent text messages from. Literally, still to this day (five days later) I have not been able to speak with anyone via phone, text, or email. After the first two days of not being able to get ahold to anyone I drove up there (thirty minute drive) and of course no one was at the desk. Destiny walks in and help the two other people in front of me. After waiting over 20 minutes, she then ask what do I need. I tell her what's been going on and I would like forfeit my spot and receive a refund. She asks me to wait then head over to Liam's office. Again, I sit there for 10 minutes. She finally tells me "oh the lady that does the refunds isn't here today." Still no one has answered my calls, texts, or emails. So what I'm trying to say is: STAY AWAY!

I never thought I would join a crossfit gym, much less review one. It's the last week of December (2016) and, since joining in August, I've lost four inches off my waist, I'm beginning to see some an muscles, and I'm experiencing a serious transformation. It's all because of Twice Bitten. Rob, Mike, and Trace have been formative in my fitness journey. The classes are convenient. There is no judgment. Everyone is welcoming. It's amazing. I am not the strongest or fastest person, but everyone is treated like a true athlete. People encourage one another. There is no shame. It's a family environment. If you are interested in fitness, this is the place.

Attn Newcomers!!! If you are COMMITTED to making an entire lifestyle decision, this is your gym. They have you covered in all aspects from the plethora of nutrition orientation to get you started, the foundations program and CrossFit programming is top notch, the equipment is great and the people are amazing. It's a wonderful little community. All that being said, if you know 0% about crossfit, don't be scared to try it. It IS intimidating and sort of overwhelming in the beginning. After the six week challenge, I was hooked and continued my journey with the 8 week passport. I trusted the process and kept showing up and the results were amazing. However, this review is especially directed towards the new people thinking about trying crossfit. It cost money, everything cost money. We all know nothing in this world is free. Gym shop and find the right fit, they all cost somewhere between $125-$165/ month! Some provide military discounts, but ALL crossfit gyms are expensive. This isn't your 10 Gym or, planet fitness or local YMCA, not even close. They have great coaches and staff to help you get going, but YOU are the determining factor in your success. Crossfit is a lifestyle and commitment YOU have to make to YOURSELF and be willing to put in the work to get the results. I've heard in a previous review that Liam and Patrick "interrogate ", but this is a special community and they want to make sure you are ready for change. They have drop in class punch cards if you'd like to try it before you buy it or feel pressured. Most gyms have the pricing posted. I made the decision that this is my fitness journey moving forward. CrossFit has ruined me from regular gyms. I hope this review was helpful and good luck to anyone who needs that push to get started! Below is my post from October/November 2018: Love the coaches and people at this gym. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and focus more on mechanics and form. Definitely not what I thought CrossFit was all about, but I don't regret that I tried it. I'm completely addicted to trusting the process, learning and seeing great results along the way! I highly recommend this gym if you've ever thought about joining a CrossFit gym!

If you've paid much attention to the fitness scene over the past few years you've probably heard of…read more"CrossFit" training. Definition according to Wikipedia is as follows: CrossFit is a strength and conditioning brand that combines weightlifting, sprinting, gymnastics, powerlifting, and rowing.[1] CrossFit contends that a person is as fit as they are proficient in each of ten general physical skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.[2] It defines fitness as "increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains."[3] The CrossFit program consists of "constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement."[4] I was recently exposed to the CrossFit training style at CrossFit405 in downtown OKC. And let me tell you, if you've grown tired of the commercial gym seen and are looking to be challenged to improve your fitness in a constructive, supportive, and motivating environment then you should drop by CrossFit405 and just watch a workout. Training sessions consist mainly of group workouts, of roughly 10-15 people per class, in which a coach for the workout will lead the team through the movements of the day. Classes are typically Monday through Friday w/ an AM, Noon, 430, 530, 630 pm, with an open gym period for practicing specifics movements on the weekends. If you aren't accustomed to the training modalities listed, have no fear, you will not be looked down upon or ridiculed for it, but rather steered toward what is called the "on-ramp" class. This class is structured to introduce the uninitiated to the movements that compose many of the workouts that make up the CrossFit training style. It takes place in a low-key environment, and the coaches spend time focusing on the basics of the movements and insuring that each individual can execute them safely and effectively. However, if you're accustomed to running/rowing/sprinting/plyometrics/free weight training/Olympic style lifting/gymnastics/ and other bad assery then they'll let you fall right into the next pain fest! Overall, I have had a blast training here over the past month. And again, if you are looking to be challenged then look no further. It's the most fun you'll have suffering at the working end of a barbell, jump rope, rowing machine, etc that you've ever had!!!

I was visiting OKC to see Family over the new year and dropped-in to CrossFit 405. I emailed them…read moreand received a prompt response about how to drop in and what was expected. I showed up early the next day and was greeted by a very friendly coach named, Karen. I took the noon class and all the athletes were very friendly and the coaching was great. They have clean bathrooms, a separate locker room to store your things, and showers. The gym is big and has all the equipment you could ask for. There's a reasonable drop in fee, or you can buy a t-shirt. The head coach worked out with us at the noon class and even gave us a lift to the local Lululemon! Super awesome staff and you can tell they have a great community. If you're passing through OKC...this is the gym to go to. If you live in the city...get a membership here..if they have contracts, sign one for a year. This place kicks ass.

We spoke with someone at Zombie Bunny and said that we would likely be coming back in September. They said we would need to bring new payment in, etc. We didn't end up coming back and they began charging our account for $200 anyways. They then continued charging our account for 2 more months, even though they told us it wouldn't happen again after the first months mistake. I had to put a stop payment on the account. They took a total of $600 out of our account over 3 months. This was all while we were trying to save for our honeymoon. The owner kept saying that money was being reimbursed and it would be in by certain days. It never was... Lots of empty promises. I understand mistakes happen, but it's been countless problems without being resolved.

We let them know, they stopped charging us, all was well. This was in May 2015. We came back to OKC area in September and were thinking about going back here, since we had enjoyed it before. I called and was told that we would need new payment info and to sign up again as they didn't keep our info. Life got in the way and we didn't have an extra $200 a month to spend, so we decided to postpone. So it was a huge shock when we check our bank statement that month to see that they had charged us $200! We had not signed up or given any sort of consent. The charge was on the credit card we had previously given as payment. Knowing mistakes happen, we called and asked to have it resolved and were assured it would be. Not only was nothing resolved, they continued to charge our credit card for October and November. $600 dollars later, all my poor husband has heard is excuses and empty promises. We had to put a stop payment on the account, another wasted $50. The bank called to say they did in fact try to rob us again, thank goodness it was stopped. After spending hours and hours on the phone, being treated with utter disrespect, and leaving many unreturned messages the owner (Joel) refunded $300. Months and months later, and only half. We have been so understanding, patient, and polite... I'm so sad that our good nature was taken advantage of in return.
