I loved the intro class! The staff was so kind and welcoming. The boxing portion was fun! But It was also more than just boxing- there was a weights/core portion integrated as well which made it a very well-rounded workout. I definitely felt it the next day. Amazing time at this rumble studio. I did the 'first timers' class , my instructor Anna was a great teacher and she broke down every movement for me so I felt comfortable. I like the idea of also switching and doing weighted movements on the opposite of the floor to build strength. Studio is dark and Music is pumping giving the energy needed. Took a class with Candace. She was energetic, positive, and motivating. The class involves two sides. One side they call is the bag side and the other is the floor side. You alternate which side you go to about 2x. On the floor side there are weights and a bench, and you follow the screen and Candace or a different instructor coaches you. The bag side obviously you follow the screw and hit the bags and do some combo moves as well as some floor work for abs. The class overall is fun and lasts for 45mins. If you love kickboxing and boxing classes, you will love Runble. You will need to wrap your hands and wrist and either rent gloves or buy if you're a regular. They offer filtered water at this location and lockers with combination available. There's also an app you can download to book classes. Rumble is located in the old En Croute building. read more

My friend told me about rumble and said that I "HAD" to go. she's showed me the video and I said yes. I'm in. We had already scheduled a second class before going to my first.
