Found this amazing gem while I was in town and took them up on the 7 day special of unlimited classes. It was absolutely fantastic!!!! Super friendly front staff and love the instructors, each brings their own vibes and energies but they will all challenge you to push yourself which I absolutely love! Super cute studio plenty of parking. They are not joking when they tell you to stay hydrated for hot classes!!! This is not a game! LOL If you're in town and want an exhilarating workout and some FABULOUS vibes... mix up your travels and challenge yourself. FLO State when are we franchising and expanding?! I love this place! I was in town for the holiday visiting family and wanted to work out. I called around for some yoga plans and this place had a student week discount for $36 which was amazing. As everyone knows, Yoga can be expensive, and when you're only there for a little amount of time (I'm from Texas), deals are a must! I loved taking the class with Addie. She's bubbly, welcoming and a great teacher! The best hot yoga class I've taken in awhile, left sweating and feeling great. Small little place, but perfect for a yoga class. Just took a great class. Awesome teacher named Layne. Lots of people. Nearly full room. My only complaint is letting people in after the class starts. Fully five minutes after class started, three people came in and caused about 10 people to have to adjust their mats so they could fit. If students can't arrive on time, lock the door. Especially in a class that is as full as that one was. Overall, great experience. I definitely recommend this studio and will return. 5 STARS. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. read more

I signed up for the $50 unlimited classes for 1 month on Groupon. So far I have been to two hot yoga classes and thoroughly enjoyed and reaped the benefits from it immediately! I do yoga at home everyday, have learned yoga at the temple, and had an amazing yoga teacher in high school, but have never done hot yoga before and I must say, it is an amazing experience! I felt like I sweated a bucketful and detoxed like crazy. I slept better at night and feel more energized during the next day. I can't wait to go this week! The yoga instructors I had were knowledgable, fun, and inspiring. They have an app that you can download and sign up for classes ahead of time or you can come to class early and sign up for the class. Since I signed up for the class on Groupon, I just come in to class early and sign up with the front desk. Highly recommend coming here if you want to have a stress-free, whole body-toning work out! read more

NW OKC's Crown Jewel of Yoga This is an inspired, well managed and welcoming place staffed by thoughtful people who love yoga and what that love manifests. Having practiced yoga since forever, I prefer a traditional approach that integrates body, mind AND spirit. Yoga at Tiffany's delivers on all three with a variety of tempered classes. The heated sessions are excellent. You will sweat, detox and you will glow. Their exclusive in OKC "fresh air system" oxygenates, regulates carbon dioxide and keeps humidity at 40%. Technical, but you can smell the difference - really, no lingering locker room odors here. More like parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme. The acoustics and sound system are tuned so you can hear the instructor and the music. That's refreshing, too. Leadership always matters and Tiffany Porte is an exceptional teacher - among the best I have experienced in OK (though it's not a competition) - who sets a high bar for insight and lightening up the practice. Vinyasa or restorative, she kicks some major asana, provides intelligent cues and adjustments and integrates the work with a protracted savasana (an essential aspect of yoga). A review geared toward beginners (like me!) and also maybe people who live yoga? Mostly beginners. I know it's hard to break into yoga if you're new. It's especially daunting if you're overweight (like me, hurray!). I finally sucked it up the other day and started using my Groupon that's for an unlimited month. I already know I like yoga from a brief previous experience, but I wasn't quite feeling the atmosphere of the particular place I was going. For the past couple of months (seriously), I've been corresponding with the YAT girls via phone and Facebook. Asking questions about the Groupon at first then about what classes were best for babies like me. They've always been nice as hell and very informative. They're also very enthusiastic and encouraging. That really helped me get my crap together and go for it. I started with the strength and alignment I class on a Monday (they're Monday/Wednesday) with Cindy. It's just what it sounds like; strengthening yourself and getting proper alignment in the poses. So props are used, like bolsters (big thingies like really firm oblong pillows), blocks, thick blankets, and straps. Even though it's practicing getting poses through equipment, it's a work out and not super easy. I noticed there were beginners and also people who've been doing yoga for a while. It's a good way to learn and a good way to keep in practice! I felt really accomplished (and sweaty) my first day there. It wasn't just because of my progress, but because of how kind and helpful Cindy is. The other people there were also very nice and encouraging. Can't say I've met someone in a yoga class that was rude and awful (now out in the general public there are a lot of d-bags who squawk about doing yoga like they're a god or something). I went again the following Wednesday and even though it was only like a day inbetween, Cindy clearly remembered me and was glad that I came back and so was another woman I had sort of met on that Monday. Whee, community! Monday/Wednesday will definitely be regular days for me and they added a more relaxing restorative class (called "exhale" on Sundays, so that's a third day. Whoo! The restorative class is a good way to just relax. Honestly, the most difficult part is all of the equipment that is used to support poses. But it's something to get used to! This studio certainly knows what they're doing and how to cater to a variety of yogis. There are tons of different classes from no heat, heated, warm and hot. I hadn't done any hot yoga before coming here so I eased into it by trying the warm and heated classes first. I didn't particularly care for it so I never tried the actual hot class, but I enjoyed the ones I tried and especially the non-heated classes like Strength & Alignment with Cindy. I've been practicing yoga for a couple years very regularly and while I was stopping in OKC I took a 6:00am class here. I LOVED the studio! It was so cute and I was obsessed with the Breakfast at Tiffany's theme. On top of that the hot vinyasa class I took was a great flow - challenging and fluid. I love that the mats & towels were free if you forgot yours - seeing as i was on the road and didn't have a towel with me i thought this was a nice touch. Wish I could go more often! read more

After attending my fair share of classes at Tiffany's, I have come to realize that this studio deserves every bit of 5 stars. I had previously given a 4 star review because the prices were a little higher than some of the other studios in the area, but I've come to realize that there's a good reason for the price difference. First of all, YAT offers a variety of different classes at many times throughout the day. Normally I can find a class that I want to attend at YAT when I can't find one around the same time at another studio. Secondly, YAT uses a fresh air system that allows for maintenance of humidity and regulation of carbon dioxide levels in the room and is the only studio in Oklahoma that has this kind of heating system. The hot classes at YAT are (in my opinion) the hottest classes I've been able to find in OKC. Third, Tiffany is one of my favorite instructors in the area. I have been able to learn a lot from her and improve because of her. Her classes are fun and she is always willing to help and correct any positions you may not be taking correctly. She has a sense of humor and really helps you to relax and not take yoga so seriously. Her classes are always full, which helps bring a lot of energy to the class. I always enjoy packed classes more. All the other instructors I have taken at YAT are wonderful. I have yet to find an instructor whose class I avoid. I think in the future, if I decide to buy monthly packages, it will be at YAT because I know I will always be able to find a class time that works for me and I can pretty much guarantee that I will enjoy the class, no matter which one it is. read more

As I'm from out of town I was looking for a hot yoga studio. In California I practice Bikram Yoga so I was trying to find a good place in OKC. Well I found it and the Yoga at Tiffany was great experience! Mary was the first person I meet and she was very helpful. All the instructor have been fun and encouraging. It also a nice change from the very structure classes I take. You can't go wrong here, but get there early because it is pack out. read more

totally rad studio. a great vibe and wonderful proprietor. this isn't the traditional bikram yoga class, rather hot yoga, where you do flow in a heated room. so, beginners, work up to it or make sure to take a class that's suited to your level! you might surprise yourself and enjoy hot yoga. read more

So if your looking for an expert reviewer of all this Yoga, I am not the girl because I am a novice so take my review as you will. I have been to Yoga at Tiffany's a handful of times in the past 2.5 years and I always attended the same class which is Sunday's 0900 Hot Empowerment Flow-All Levels with Shane C. I was turned onto this class by a friend and took a chance, because I always wanted to try yoga again(many years ago I did some). My friend referred to this class as "Church" which is an excellent description, because it is empowering, emotional, physically, spiritually and even more if you dig deep!! Shane expertly leads the class with music, instruction, and more than anything his spoken words which are always exactly what I need to hear. I should be a regular but life doesn't always allow for that, and sometimes your just not ready to have this kind of experience all the time. My only negative is drop-in is 17.00 which is a little pricey, but honestly worth every penny so I don't mind paying it. read more

I visited this studio while I was traveling. Enjoyed the flow and music. Class was challenging, relaxing and peaceful all at the same time. This was my first time at this studio and actually the first time away from my home studio where I have been practicing for 2.5 years. Instructor gave good verbal cues, but didn't recommend adjustments to poses. I was out of synch a couple of times as it was my first time in this class, but not too bad that I couldn't step right back in. Definitely a challenging workout and I would recommend it for any person that thinks yoga is for hippie women. You will walk away enlightened! I will come back while I am out of town. read more

I was delighted to find this yoga studio in OKC. It's a hot and sweaty studio. I love it! The vinyasa flow is inspired and fun. The teachers play great music. Walking into the studio and the Breakfast at Tiffany's inspired decor always puts a smile on my face. The classes are packed full of good energy. I always walk out floating on cloud nine.
