The facilities are always clean; the staff is fun and upbeat (they often crack me up); the classes are always unique, challenging, and unexpected; the music is really good (they switch it up between rock, hip hop, and EDM), and everyone in class is usually pretty friendly - it's just a good vibe overall that makes you feel so good when you leave. I went to another F45 in FL and missed this location so much. I also like how spacious it is - even if it's a big class, there's enough room to move around. I have been to every gym in the area, and this gym is 100% the best. If you live locally, you need to give it a try!
