Mary, who answers the phone, is consistently rude and dismissive. Juan Carlos, the Sales Director, is astonishingly ineffective - he speaks as if he understands, yet nothing is ever followed through. This is not a misunderstanding; it is gross incompetence. This business advertises peace and wellness. What it delivers is stress, wasted time, and financial loss. We will be escalating this through the appropriate channels.

They were on top of my health while i was detoxing and the nurses made sure i was drinking enough water and had all the right medications when needed so . Also the techs there are amazing , they will sit one on one with you and talk to you as a friend and not just because they work there , because they actually care. They also helped me when i first got there with clothes , shoes , hygiene , etc... Also they have amazing groups such as , process groups , yoga groups , art therapy, sound healing , etc.. They have a amazkng team on their hands and every single last worker that ive came in contact with at mandala is willing to help ! ive been to treatment many of times and have never been more motivated to stay sober how i was at Mandala and i just want to thank them so much for their help and motivation that they gave me during my recovery. I just had the worst experience of my entire life when I went to treatment at a place called…read moreMandala Healing Center. It was horrible. I was treated like I was in prison. They took all my stuff. They held the phone. They wouldn't even let me use an electric toothbrush. They lost half my stuff. They also searched my car while I was inside, left it in complete disarray, and forced me to sign a document claiming nothing was found. I had no idea this would happen and no control over my property--it felt invasive and unsafe. They threw away all my medications, claiming they were expired, even though they weren't, and left me with no medicine or prescriptions when I left. This was medically unsafe and extremely distressing. The food wasn't even edible. I was a vegetarian and they never even got me vegetarian dietary restrictions. When I talked to four different people, the techs laughed in your face. The management wasn't present over the weekend. The lead therapist was talking negatively about everyone and using offensive language. They put four women in one room with four TVs blaring all night--I didn't sleep for three days. I barely ate for three days. Nobody would tell me what was going on. I had to check out against medical advice just to survive. They exhausted my nervous system, put me on medications like antipsychotics (I'm not bipolar), and completely flared my PTSD. You couldn't even have comfort items like stuffed animals. Personal items like electric toothbrushes were replaced with unusable ones. Things like hair dryers were "earned" through a point system. Staff were rude, dismissive, and untrained in trauma-informed care. The entire experience felt like a prison. They try to brainwash you into staying to bill insurance. I left after three days, and they called my sponsor without my permission. I went in seeking help and came out traumatized. This place is unsafe, unprofessional, and should be avoided. Please go to anywhere but here! I would not wish this place on my worst enemy!
