If you don't have them, the studio is nice enough to offer this complimentary. My most favorite part was at the end we received a cool rag that was soaked in lavender. This was the perfect touch to a heated workout session. I feel energized + invigorated! Current studio special, (50) classes that don't expire for $500 that's a major steal! Also classes are pretty much offered every day except Sunday. It was like crossing over a threshold and entering into a sanctuary of, peace, love, and healing. A friend of mine told me that I needed to purchase black tourmaline which is a protective stone. She's wise and "knowing" and I respect her love for me, so I did what she told and I'm pleased to say that it's been a well worthwhile purchase. I went into My Flora Aura with that search in mind and what I got was so much more. I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me but he was amazing and funnily enough, so was his aura. The whole place gives off a mystical, healing, vibe that makes you want to stay, shop and participate in whatever classes are being held at the moment. Which by the way, they do hold many group classes - yoga, meditation, reiki, and more. Simply check the calendar on their website, it's very informative, easy to maneuver and find the information you're looking for. There are also 5 Crystal rooms that you can rent for a private, guided meditation session or just relax while the crystals work their magic on you. I purchased some black tourmaline stones, and a bracelet which I wear all the time, and a few other stones that apparently had my name on it before I walked in. Again, check out their website, you'll find so much more information and hopefully a reason, or two, to visit.

I had always been interested in exploring the idea that I might have that gift and if so how could I enhance it and use it to help others. Randi was an amazing teacher. She opened our eyes to all the benefits of mediumship from helping someone heal from losing a loved one by showing them they are just gone from earth to helping the police solve a forensic case. The use of being a medium to help others is quite lengthy and can be very rewarding. Then she dove right into the exercises. We were shown multiple pictures of people who passed that were only known by Randi. We had multiple questions we had to ask from them that only Randi knew the answer. I have to say the feeling you get when she confirms the responses you received gives you goosebumps! I highly recommend taking this class from Randi if you've ever at all been curious of what capabilities you may have hidden and want to awaken them and explore them. Randi brings a safe, guided and spiritually protected space to do all of that!
