From the minute you walk in the door your very first time you are treated as family by the owner, Justin, his coaches, and your fellow HEWmans (the clientele)! I have been a member of this gym for over 7 years now. It has been life changing and worth every dollar spent. I am glad I joined this Gym. I am a firefighter and have tried many different types of gyms, CrossFit, HEW, Pilates, yoga, and spin classes. This gym offers a very well rounded workout, sometimes focusing on cardio and other times strength. They keep it competitive for those that enjoy that style of motivation, as well as encourage you to know your body, and scale down when injury or skill prevents proper form for an exercise.
