When I moved I needed to cancel my membership, I called and explained that I needed to cancel. I was told I needed to come into the Gym to cancel which was followed by a quick hang up. I came in a few weeks later, when I was in the area and was met with a payment for annual fees and my monthly membership dues. Cost me $92 to cancel a membership that has "free cancellations ". I was told at the desk I could have sent a letter to corporate to cancel but unfortunately they couldn't waive the fees now. Seems like a ploy to get money from people which I don't appreciate. I wouldn't recommend this gym.

The app makes it easy to reserve a spot in classes, but you have to jump on it the day before because they fill up fast.
