You can walk the whole place easy but it was like being a kid on summer vacation! ;-) Biking from my bungalow to the swimming pool! What's not to love?! ;-) Saunas in the rooms. So convenient. They offer a spectrum of different spa services, healing modalities and educational and fitness classes that range the gamut from amazing to... questionably quirky. ;-) It's gotten quite expensive. But they have a huge selection of everything you would need to supplement for any goal, from training for hypertrophy to general health and wellness. All of the employees walk the walk, so you can ask just about any fitness question and get an informed answer. They also have an In-Body scan that is free, so you can get accurate measurements of body composition whenever you go in to stock up which helps keep me accountable.

Each time I followed up, I was given another excuse. I paid for one-on-one personal training for myself and 2 daughters. Instead, the trainer took the liberty of turning sessions into group training without our consent. When we questioned it, the trainer Patty was extremely rude. We switched to another trainer who only lasted four sessions before quitting after we had to start from the very beginning with him. Then we were told we would be assigned yet another trainer and have to start all over again. We declined and were promised a refund for the one month since we were just charged and still had 8 sessions remaining which were not going to be used. It's been over 6 weeks and still have not received credit. Every time I call, I'm told its "pending" with no explanation and no resolution. On top of that, the facility's cleanliness is unacceptable for a brand-new gym. The bathrooms frequently smell strongly of urine, the floors are dirty, toilet paper is drenched on the floor and there is often no paper towels or cleaning supplies available to wipe down equipment. My husband has said the men's restroom is equally as bad. They have a movie room which we were extremely excited about with scheduled movies that never matched what was supposed to be playing in the room. Their AI equipment is poorly maintained and often broken. Very unprofessional management - Ariel, the Personal training manager, does not return any calls. When approaching the general manager, Steve, he seems genuine but again poorly executed assistance. I would say he at least tries. Poor communication exists especially from the front desk and failure to deliver the services paid for. I would NOT recommend this location at all. Sad because it is new and I would expect better customer service.

I needed…read moreto start working out after being home for so long due to the lockdowns and at CycleBar I felt a connection and happiness I can't explain. The instructor really changed my perspective on the bad COVID situation and I remember even becoming emotional during the spin class but not to worry because it's a dark room with great music. The class is taken in a dark room with some red lights, you can go at your own pace, and instructors always go over form. You don't have to be scared or intimidated and really this place is like a second home. I am more of an introvert in my daily life but find it very comfortable here at CycleBar. The owners are lovely and all instructors are as well. They usually offer the first class free with packages for family or monthly memberships if you want to go all out and go in every day. You will begin getting better at spin almost immediately. I know I improved within the first two classes. During COVID, I lost about 10 pounds within a few months and all my co workers were shocked once we got to go back into office. My spirit and my body were nourished here I still come in about once a week I usually buy the class packages that go on sale often.

I look forward to every class! 45 minutes in a dark room, blasting party music, and proving to yourself that you can do hard things--it's better than therapy. Community - I've finally found the supportive, welcoming community I've been searching for. Everyone is so kind, and I've made amazing friends. Group workout classes are even better when everyone holds each other accountable. The energy in every class is electric, and the music is incredible. It's dark in the spin room with neon lights, it's a vibe! It brings me right back to dancing at the club with my friends. I have SO much fun! 4You is so inclusive, it doesn't matter who you are, as long as you show up with good vibes! If you're looking to get the most bang for your buck, check out this awesome gym. I'm relatively new at fitness and I was able to keep up 85% of the time. The instructor Mel brought a level of encouragement that made the class truly enjoyable but HARD.

Compliment and complaint…read more This is a large facility with a friendly staff who keeps it spotless. The equipment is well maintained and they add new equipment as demands require. I do have a complaint and I cannot find a way to transmit it on the company website. My complaint is they have a cell phone policy that the staff does not enforce and some members ignore. That means some members will tie up a machine for long times between sets while they text. For those of us who want to get their workout done in a timely way, this is irritating, Second, staying with the same policy, people talk on their cell phones while they use the treadmill or exercise bikes. That is very annoying. I hope the management will address the issues, which amounts to enforcing their written cellphone policy. Otherwise is a great gym and I would give it a higher recommendation than I am now.

Unfortunately I scheduled a…read morefew classes through the app at the Port St Lucie location and when I asked where do I go for my scheduled class, I was told they don't have any trainers. There is a big sign that clearly says free training. It's disappointing because I really wanted to be trained on how to use the machines properly. I don't know who else to mention this to since I brought up to staff and all I was told no trainers and I should have not been able to schedule a class. Smh. BTW I can still schedule classes.
