After I moved I had to find a new Gym and new Personal Fitness Trainer because that was a mission to get back Physically Fit again. I gave up on looking for a personal trainer after trying a few. I felt as if they were not as dedicated as I was nor gave me the workouts I was looking for. I went back online and found Thumbtack and after signing up got several quotes and one stood out over all the rest. I had found a Personal Fitness Trainer named Jeffrey Urcan and read his reviews. I felt he was what I was looking for. Dedicated, Experienced (27+ years) and had an Excellent record with clients. I then set up an appointment to try him since I had no luck with the other Personal Trainers I tried. The very first conversation we had went awesome. He didn't want to sit down for an hour and talk about my body fat, meals, Ect. The first day I walked into his private gym (Top Fit Pros Training) I felt very comfortable and I got the workout I had been looking for. He is the type of Fitness Trainer that will not let you give up nor quite in the middle of a set and as a woman it is so very hard to find someone like him. A lot of Trainer's flirt and make you feel awkward and one thing I will say is he has never made me feel that way. I wanted to lose 20-25 lbs and it is difficult. I am 60, I'm in good shape, run, exercise, etc. I feel 25. Jeff has given me a fantastic work out for 3 months now. I am down 22 lbs and look completely different. He provides guidance for eating properly, doing exercises correctly so you won't get injured and I really can't say enough about him. I wish I could afford to stay with Jeff forever. I'm signing up again on Monday and going to go for another 10 pounds and more laughs because he has a great personality. I know I can do this and also now he's taught me what I need to do on my own to maintain this weight. I feel so good about myself, thanks to Jeff. Oh, last thing.....he is immaculate. Everything is cleaned constantly and now I feel like all the other gyms are pretty bad.

As a mom of three young children, I wanted a gym that would push me to meet my goals and basically tell me what I needed to do and X House has been a game-changer. The atmosphere is great and I love the people I workout with. If you are wanting to feel like you're training like an athlete again (or maybe you still are one), this is a great place for you. If you need modifications or have past injuries, they are quick to help you with that too. For my assessments, they use an InBody scan which had really helped me to see the details of how I have been progressing and I have loved the results I have seen! At first, I was happy and relieved to find a gym that has it all. After a time there, I noticed the…read moregym was very hot. I thought it was one of the AC broken. And after saying a thing about it, it turned out to be that it was. The temperature was reading 79-80. After being changed, and at this time it is still 77-78.... Saying it's hot wouldn't be a bad joke. If it was only that I would maybe tolerate or asked to lower at a decent temperature like 75-76. But because the gym has crackes at door and everywhere heat specifically now in summer, where temperature can raise up/above to 95°F - YIKE. It's a strike! On top of this the monthly fee is $75 + tax, which is pretty expensive but again sometimes it's worth it when it's a high end gym. We say pictures say more than words. I let you see for yourself. Despite sharing thoughts to Bob about what could be going better for the gym, it's left as is because that's the ways it's always been. The gyms critically unmaintained, unreasonably hot and at a high price. It just isnt matching. I hate being the bad guy bringing the news, but if those 2 first points at least would be revisited - it would be a great review from me. I've been in thousands of gym and I'm sad to say it has been one of the most disappointing. New update: the refund happened but he never refund the taxes and gave us $300 ish miserable dollars figure while we agreed on sign up date, there will be no issues for a total refund of the remaining months, he charged us every dollars he could take and talked about non sense with real estate and how great we could have work out with him. None of us asked for sell his estate or anything related to real estate we were there to workout simply. ‍ but can't stay and continue to pay a business that isn't willing to fix things that should be fix at the first place before customer mentioned it. Maybe just a thought, he should pass that gym to a person who care on the true meaning of care for both clients and the brand.

The air conditioning works perfect. The equipment is all in good shape. Clean and organized. It's a hidden gem, so most people don't know it exists.
