I recently relocated to Stuart from South Florida. I had been going to the same Gym in Sourth…read moreFlorida for the past 12 years. I have always been very active and take working out very serious. After I moved I had to find a new Gym and new Personal Fitness Trainer because that was a mission to get back Physically Fit again. I gave up on looking for a personal trainer after trying a few. I felt as if they were not as dedicated as I was nor gave me the workouts I was looking for. I went back online and found Thumbtack and after signing up got several quotes and one stood out over all the rest. I had found a Personal Fitness Trainer named Jeffrey Urcan and read his reviews. I felt he was what I was looking for. Dedicated, Experienced (27+ years) and had an Excellent record with clients. I then set up an appointment to try him since I had no luck with the other Personal Trainers I tried. The very first conversation we had went awesome. He didn't want to sit down for an hour and talk about my body fat, meals, Ect. The first day I walked into his private gym (Top Fit Pros Training) I felt very comfortable and I got the workout I had been looking for. He is the type of Fitness Trainer that will not let you give up nor quite in the middle of a set and as a woman it is so very hard to find someone like him. A lot of Trainer's flirt and make you feel awkward and one thing I will say is he has never made me feel that way. I've been training with Jeff for several months and I'm back to where I was and actually lifting heavier than I ever have. Thanks Jeff, you have helped me gain my confidence and muscles back !

I wanted to lose 20-25 lbs and it is difficult. I am 60, I'm in good shape, run, exercise, etc. I feel 25. Jeff has given me a fantastic work out for 3 months now. I am down 22 lbs and look completely different. He provides guidance for eating properly, doing exercises correctly so you won't get injured and I really can't say enough about him. I wish I could afford to stay with Jeff forever. I'm signing up again on Monday and going to go for another 10 pounds and more laughs because he has a great personality. I know I can do this and also now he's taught me what I need to do on my own to maintain this weight. I feel so good about myself, thanks to Jeff. Oh, last thing.....he is immaculate. Everything is cleaned constantly and now I feel like all the other gyms are pretty bad.

If you need modifications or have past injuries, they are quick to help you with that too. For my assessments, they use an InBody scan which had really helped me to see the details of how I have been progressing and I have loved the results I have seen! Overall, I couldn't recommend this place more. I am truly enjoying it there and look forward to going every time.

The cost of joining as a member, or drop in class cost, is very reasonable. The classes are led with motivation, positivity and encouragement for the members. The Pilates instruction platform is essentially the same as standard Pilates studios but slightly different . The only 2 issues I saw as obstacles were some of the equipment needed for classes is in another part of the studio. The reformer is a bit different than other reformers I've worked with. Although I'm sure that after a few classes it can be second nature to make equipment modifications quickly enough for the next movement. I have 3 years of upper level Pilates classes behind me but I felt I couldn't keep up. All in all, it's a great studio, with great people and I would seriously consider returning.
