I came in to take advantage of the $0 joiners fee which can range from $55 to $100 if addition to the membership fee that you're expected to pay when you initially sign up. My son is 10yrs and is able to get a membership of his own for only $28/month!!!!!! What a deal!!! The process was quick. No paperwork needed from me which was a first. Staff were friendly and pleasant.

This review is for the registration process and facilities. I tagged along with my daughter to register my grandson for swim class and the many other activities offered. We were first greeted by the receptionist (Lucner). He was very informative, patient, professional with a pleasant disposition. Listening to the information he provided my daughter with, grabbed my interest. I plan on registering before the deadline (Oct 14) to take advantage of the joiners fee waiver. They offer a multitude of activities, classes and even have an early childhood program. The facilities itself appears to be well kept. Equipped with two swimming pools (that I saw) locker rooms, showers, exercise rooms, courts, outside tennis courts, track, vending machine. While the registration process seemed a bit long, I am assuming they only had one person because it's not their high season. The lady who handled registration was very nice. I will update with my experience. Oh and there is plenty of parking.

My son just completed his first set of swim lessons and we are pleased with the results. He has improved a great deal and is looking forward to the next session, to continue learning. The instructors are patient but they also challenge the kids. They provide good verbal instruction and physical cues/examples too. Each session is 45 minutes, which is plenty long without seeming like things are dragging on.

My kids took swim lessons for like 2 years and still can't swim. It's a shame and a waste of time/money. I will try another place.

Overpriced and the gym is severely lacking in equipment. Not enough squat racks, benches, and barbells.

Even if I bring myself to work out with trainers, often times, I would end up being disappointed or unmotivated anymore to continue. After I started training with Stan, it all changed. I have been Stan's client since 2014! Yes, it has been that long since I started my workout with him YAY !! When I started my first training FOUR AND A HALF YEARS ago with Stan, I instantly took a liking to his PROFESSIONALISM! Stan is the exact type of the trainer who knows how to push you to reach to the maximum with plenty of knowledge of fitness. The best thing about him is HE PAYS ATTENTION to you during the whole training session! From my past experiences with other trainers, I felt that some trainers were only there to count numbers without correcting forms for target areas that needed to be improved. Stan's training has been giving me the motivation to continue, not to mention the RESULTS of being able to not only stay below size 2 but keep a healthier lifestyle with high energy Working with such a true professional since 2014, I have gained so much positivity in my life Another thing I need to mention is that HE IS NEARLY ALWAYS AVAILABLE! I'm talking about somewhere from 5:00 am in the morning till 11:00 pm at night, so someone like me with limited availability can always have my regular work out in between. I feel very comfortable with his new location at Supreme Fitness, I love the bright natural light and positive vibes there. No matter how I exhausted I am from the day when I get there, I leave the place always feeling accomplished and afloat after the workout. I strongly recommend Supreme Fitness!

The location was much smaller in 2013 but the core values of the gym is what made this place special then and those values still remain today. The EQBC experience happens to be the furthest thing from that, from the coaches to a fighters this gym is built on an environment that is cultivated around teamwork and personal development. From the most experienced fighter to the least experienced all members have a level of respect for others and the sport of boxing that make this gym truly special. Steve and his wife are very nice and friendly people. Steve didn't waste anytime showing my son the ropes and explaining things to him in such a matter that he would understand and get it. I know that it was only the first day but I think that this is going to be the start of something great. By the time we walked out of the gym, my son was worn out but said that it felt good to have someone like Steve to train him and push him with encouragement. I asked him how did his first day feel and he replied that it felt great. I enjoyed my conversation with Steve. I learned about him as an individual, as a boxer and a trainer. He shared his personal journey on how he came to open the boxing gym 10 years ago. I would DEFINITELY recommend this business to anyone looking to box their way into the ring or into a healthier lifestyle. His prices are SUPER AFFORDABLE and what you get is quality service all around the board. 10 classes are $40, 20 classes are $60 and monthly classes are ONLY $75......you definitely cannot go wrong with prices like that.
