For a gym, cleanliness, working equipment, and proper staffing should be basic priorities, and unfortunately, this location falls short on both. The only bright spot is Stewart. Despite the overall condition of the gym, Stewart truly stands out. He provides excellent customer service, is always professional, and goes above and beyond for members, even while clearly being overworked. His attitude and dedication make a big difference and are the ONLY reasons I continue to show up. Stewart deserves recognition and support for the great job he does. He provides excellent customer service & genuinely tries to help, but it's clear he is overworked and carrying far more responsibility than one person should. Management should take note that Stewart is doing his best in a situation that needs serious improvement. Until staffing and cleanliness are addressed, I would not recommend this gym.

Coach Karina crafted LBD to empower women to look and feel good about themselves. My nutrition plan & training has been customized, in addition each week we weigh in to keep us accountable. With each kick ass training, the coaches motivate us to keep pushing. They care about their clients by checking in from time to time and having conversations about your journey. The goal of the challenge is to lose the most body fat percentage and increase muscle mass. I have learned that my habits are my power! There is ZERO sense of "gym etiquette", the members will just use 4 machines at a time. And not wipe any of them down! And the place is always so cold! If your heating system doesn't work, please PLEASE get a new one. Or invest in a sauna so we can warm up! I will say the staff is friendly, and they do their best. But even the new machines they ordered, are garbage. Mostly plastic. The older machines were better, All they needed to do was fix them.

I knew I had to commit and do this for myself, after not having a consistent workout routine for years. It was really easy to bounce back once I started coming here. I feel like a new person since joining this little community at Fit in 50! The Coaches are SO supportive and encouraging throughout every single class. They're also experts in their craft! I love the variety here, so every class always feels entirely new - focusing on different muscle groups each day, whether it be in a boot camp class or kickboxing. They have nice merchandise and have frequent sales. The coaches take the time to get to know you and your goals and help push you to them. The studio itself is pretty spacious and has lockers to keep your things stored during class. There is a big parking lot outback with plenty spots. Also conveniently located to stores, bank, shops, so you can run errands before or after class. They do a lot of 2G style classes here and lift classes daily. I wish they had more 3G class options. This is become my home away from home studio and it's been a great experience!!
