BUYER BEWARE!!! I liked working with the owner Brandon, his company, and his employees so I don't…read morewant to leave a bad review, but here we are. Unfortunately his business practices left me with no choice. I decided to hire Priority One to help with my move after learning more about Brandon's inspirational story. He started his own local company after his daughter was born a few years ago. Brandon was professional to work with along with the two kind gentleman he sent to my apartment to help with the actual move, hence the 2 stars. The two guys were hard working as they moved all of my belongings from my apartment, to/from the moving truck, and into my new house. They even removed my three TVs from the wall including the mounts which was very convenient. However, I regret not turning on the TVs immediately after they were moved to my new house! This was a very expensive and hard lesson to learn because I splurged on my 65" Sony Smart TV last year for ~$2500. I turned on the TV expecting to watch a movie a few days after the move, only to see the entire screen RUINED! I immediately called Best Buy because the TV was less than a year old, and there was faint hope that they could help. I updated Brandon via text message and he responded with concern and seemed willing to work with me towards a fair resolution. Best Buy's technicians arrived a few days later who informed me that the TV is a total loss, because the screen was ruined due to impact with an object while in the moving truck. Brandon screens his calls and refused to answer any of my multiple phone calls since. The Best Buy technician even tried calling and left a message explaining how and why the TV is a total loss. I tried calling Brandon every day for a few days with no luck, which is quite unfortunate because his business has so much potential! I want to support Priority One, but I simply can't because now I have a large paper weight with no recourse for a fair resolution. Thanks for moving my stuff, I guess.

Priority One Moving didn't disappoint! I'm so lucky and…read moregrateful that I found them! Moving is hard enough, getting the right people to help seems almost impossible. I've moved several times and hired local companies over the years due to work relocations....I have to say, this was the best service from start to finish!! The first call in to Chloe I was impressed with her knowledge and kindness, she was confident her team could handle my move and the booking was smooth. The price was right, no hidden fees. Austin and the teams (yes, we had two huge trucks and a 3500sf house to pack) arrived on day of move and were clean, courteous, very careful with our stuff....yet fast. They didn't dawdle like others I've hired - they got to it and handled business. Time is of the essence when you're paying ppl by the hour. So I was thrilled they got started quickly and knew exactly where to start first! They packed for us because we were on a tight timeline. Everything was handled exactly how they said and it was the best unload on the other end I've done yet because they were ORGANIZED! Mine was a cross country move, and they were THAT good...I don't leave reviews often, but this one was well earned! Thank you Chloe - your team did EXACTLY what you said and more! I highly recommend Priority One Moving if you're looking for quality moving help and an affordable price!! They'll treat you right! Thanks again, Team!

This is not what you should get and supposed to be going to your store at your storage unit that was the opposite that happened and they didn't get everything agreed and they want me to pay for another storage unit now they're holding my stuff now for a whole week in a Truck , I'm not gonna go meet him down there. If they won't fix this. I paid over $6000 for this move fro Camp Verde to Cave Creek. Two carloads and , two U-Haul later after they would not get the rest...and a crash on the I 17 near the cliff just immediately south of Sunset point. My son almost went off the cliff that was what happened to my son because we had to go to their job. I'm not faulting for the accident but we wouldn't been in the situation in the first place. This was a business business retail store move with overstock used equipment and fixtures only to go in the unit and some file boxes but not all of them -instead everything was put in there 25' x 12' in the height of an RV I didn't mention you holding about 100 of my items in their trucks because they want me to get the storage unit if you get a organization and instructions instead of doing the job correctly and fixing a mess right now gonna have to go to court. I really don't have time for this bs

The team was professional and prompt. I wanted to help with the loading but there was no need to because these guys have it down to a science. If you are moving or need help with a load, I would consider a moving company because of the stress it takes away from you. And at that I would use this company again and again. Like most people moving just 15 minutes away, my husband and I initially wondered if we could just…read moredo it ourselves with help from friends and family. "It couldn't be that bad, right?" Just to see, I spent a day calling around for quotes. Some places wanted nearly $300/hr plus a long laundry list of hidden fees, and I thought there was no way it was worth it. But the last company I called was Sterling Interstate, and wow--what a breath of fresh air. We had already dealt with a lot of stress while closing on our first home, and we just needed a reliable team to cross the finish line. The moving industry doesn't always have the best reputation, so I was praying they'd be good--and they turned out to be the absolute best. Not only is their hourly rate very fair for the quality of work, but they also don't hit you with random fees. My husband and I had our home 95% packed and stacked, leaving them to navigate moving everything down a flight of stairs and prepping/packing the larger furniture. Since this was our first time hiring movers, we were blown away: they wrapped and packed everything like it was going cross-country! Even knowing it was only a 15-minute drive, they took zero chances with damage, and everything arrived completely untouched. I am terrible with names, so I've already forgotten the exact crew who came out, but they were AMAZING. On a brutally hot and humid July day in Arizona, they hustled nonstop for 6.5 hours. They took necessary breaks, but they worked so hard, all while cracking jokes with us and keeping the mood light. By the time they left, it felt like saying goodbye to old friends. Pro tip: If you hire movers in the AZ summer, please be kind--offer them cold water, sports drinks, and maybe some Rice Krispies Treats to keep them going! They saved us so much time and left us with the energy to unpack and settle in half the time it would have taken on our own. We are so thankful we went with Sterling Interstate. I don't even want to think about moving again, but it's a relief knowing exactly who we'll call when the time comes. 10/10 recommend!
