Wedding band was very amazing. We got it custom made and wanted to put in an extra diamond in it as well as making the width wider. Ring came undamaged, shiny and basically perfect I knocked off only one star because the lady who runs the counter is not very good at record keeping. She got my email wrong, and I had to correct her twice on the mailing address because she recorded it wrong twice. Luckily I double checked and we got the ring without issue. Also, they charge you for shipping even if you make a huge purchase and do not tell you until after they finish the ring. Usually, jewelers/places I know have free shipping with huge purchases. Overall, I recommend it, love the ring, love their customer service when custom in the ring, but make them repeat information back to you many times before delivery! read more

Cronin made my go-ho-horgeous engagement ring. We did the entire design process via email as I'm living long-distance. I never had a doubt I was working with good people! From the first photos I saw on their website I knew their artwork was right up my alley: creative & unique but very down-to-earth. I never imagined my engagement ring would look anything like this, but it suits me perfectly. The manager, Carrie, patiently talked to me for literally months via email, consulting between me and Bill, the master jeweler, on design. Once my questions were all out of the way they were able to have my ring done within 4 weeks, in time for a visit to Denver/Boulder. And THEN they resized it within a day once I'd actually tried it on. No charge, of course. I couldn't love them more for their customer service. The ring is one of Bill Cronin's signature Range Rings, on which he etches the silhouette of a mountain range. There are 30-plus available. He did James Peak for me - the view you see at the Genesee overpass on I-70. He set a moissanite in the middle of it which sparkles like a shooting star. It's amazing and so meaningful to me. Went here yesterday just to have 2 rings removed after being stuck for years. The younger woman working at the front was very nice and the man who cut off my rings was hilarious and such a sweet heart! They didn't hesitate to cut them off for free even though i didn't buy anything. Had the chance to look around and see some beautiful pieces as well. Definitely recommend this hidden gem. Wow, what can I say about Cronin? I was in the market for an engagement ring for my (now) fiancé, when I stumbled across Cronin. I work in Boulder, so I decided to check them out during lunch one day, and I was immediately impressed. Carrie, the store manager carefully walked me through "the 4 c's" by showing me examples, and making what would have otherwise been an overwhelming amount of information and choices easy for me to digest. Carrie and I went back and forth through email for weeks and weeks to nail down the perfect design before I eventually went back to the store to make sure we had all of the details covered. They were, and Carrie's input was invaluable throughout the entire process. The ring I got ended up being made out of house because of some intricate etchings that I had requested, but at no point did Carrie try to talk me into doing something in-house. The customer's vision, and input comes first, and if they can't do the work in-house, then they seem to work with many other talented jewelers that can do anything you need. To top it all off Carrie worked within my budget, and was helpful in telling me where I could save money, and what diamonds were the best value based on not only the 4 c's, but the dimensions of the stone itself. Some more expensive diamonds actually appeared smaller because of where the carat weight was being held. The ring I received turned out beyond perfect, and I couldn't be more happy with it (and from what I understand, neither could my new fiancé!). After visiting the store I didn't feel the need to go anywhere else. They were very patient and explained all the details of a wedding ring. After that we got started on a custom ring. I went with something a bit non-traditional with a ruby in white gold with 2 small diamonds on each side. I never once felt any pressure to spend out of my budget nor did I feel like I was being sold inferior stones. The proposal was a surprise so we had to guess on the size.
