They come in brown, green, and black. The brown are completely sold out period, and the green and black are also sold out online, but this specific store did have the green and black in stock - and in my size too!! The sandals are seasonal/possibly limited edition(?) shoes - don't quote me on that - but in general they told me there's no way of knowing when they'll be back in stock, if ever. I'm so glad I popped in because I went home with the green pair that I've been wanting!

Bad reviews below are like whoa…read more My husband bought me a coat from here for Xmas one year and I loved it. It's still in AWESOME condition. I've since bought a few things online (another winter coat and a travel jacket). The few times I've been in this location I've always had great customer service from the staff here. Recommendations and tips have always been wonderful. Just recently, I came in here on a whim to get a fall/winter coat. I tried on a bunch, and wasn't happy. I let the sales associate know what I was looking for and she recommended the SnowFurry. I tried it on and I loved how it fit. Even better, there was a 30% sale going on! It was a whimsical sale, but a good sale. The coat is lined with thick fleece and is water resistant. I am also a part of their rewards program - I had signed up ages ago because I knew I'd be buying a lot more items. I am taking the time to write this for what was CLEARLY a one star experience, however, I want to…read morediscuss the second star first. Some months ago I was looking for a particular cosmetic item. I wandered into Neiman Marcus and was greeted by staff at the front of the store. They didn't have what I wanted but they were charming and friendly all the same, and although I didn't really go into Neiman enough to review then, I want to give credit where it is due. This weekend, however, I was on a mission. And that mission was shoes. (Granted, it's often my mission, I even have a blog about shoes.) I was not my finest. It is THE MALL. So I shunned my Feragamos for some comfy Rockports (if you want to wear those stilettos you love so much in old age, you don't want to wear them ALL THE TIME. Your feet with thank me) and did a little couture-a-thon. I love the Natick Collection, on whole, because you can visit all of these high end shops and departments stores without looking and acting like a snob and still receive genuine, warm customer service. Except, apparently, at Neiman Marcus. The "gentleman" in the shoe department did not acknowledge my presence, despite the fact that I was lingering and checking out shoes for a while. I didn't expect attention right away, as he was catering to another woman when I walked over, but when another woman appeared some time after me, in a perfectly pressed shirt and Tory Burch flats he IMMEDIATELY flitted over to her and asked if she needed any help, abandoning the first woman. Um. HELLO. I'm right here. It was a very "Pretty Woman" moment. I looked over to him and the look he shot back at me felt like disdain. This, of course, was hysterical. I really hope this guy makes commission, because I spend more on shoes than some people spend on cars and houses. I headed over to men's where my shopping companion was having a much friendlier experience and told him the story. For shame, Neiman Marcus, for shame. Additionally, the selection was very sparse. Only a few pair from any given designer, and, in many cases, not the most recent offerings from that designer. Did I mention my obsession with shoes yet? Anyway, I won't be back. Ever. PS Dear Shoe Guy: You sell shoes. Get off your high horse. Also, you are WAY too old for that hair. (In other news, I CLEANED UP at Nordstrom.)

For this reason, it is a long drive to get to Natick and shop there. It was well worth it, we were warmly greeted by a very attentive Victoria in the fragrances section. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted although she insisted that we keep a open mind and try the scent of other *creed* scents. We tried them, and were pleasantly surprised as to the variety. Victoria was excellent, engaging, and courteous. Customer service is difficult, Neiman Marcus clearly has the training down as i did observe all other representatives performing the same routine with lots of attention and quality. Previous reviews and lower star reviews have a common theme, and it is that the person feels as if net-worth dictates treatment. That the representative or the staff must cater to your arrogance level. "I have this, i spend this, therefore you should treat me better than anyone else" It's absurd and toxic to the community.

At this point, my shoes were hurting my performance more than if I were to run barefoot, so it was high time I got some new running shoes. Went in to the store and was immediately assisted by an amiable employee who walked me through a gait test and brought up three pairs of shoes for me to try. Used their test socks (yes, they have test socks!) that match the ones they sell in the store so you can try them on with your shoes. Got useful feedback and recommendations for other brands of shoes that would be a good fit if I wanted to run longer distances. All in all, I left the store with some new socks (Balega silver), a foot roller (Nano X), and a brand new pair of shoes (ASIC Gel-DS Trainer 24) for under $200. Money well spent, and will definitely go back when these shoes are dead!
