You'll be blocked in (theres a single line that wraps around the building then then splits into two but the only way out once someone gets in line behind you is through) so be ready for that. Had I said yes they acually would ahve taken money from me. It was more forceful and honey pissed me off. We jsut moved and in our previous state that kind of thing is illigal. Refusal to honor battery warranty…read more I brought my car in multiple times to have the battery tested, and each time I was told it was "good." Yet within less than three years, I needed jumpstarts more than once--clearly the battery wasn't fine. I even had the car checked by both a dealership and a private mechanic, and they all pointed to the battery. Before coming in, I called and spoke with the manager, but once I got there, they still refused to honor the warranty. Very disappointing--no accountability, no consistency. The kids in the shop act incredibly unprofessional and one of the senior guys (Hunter maybe) kept reminding them, out loud, to "act professional". Worse the senior guy was losing his temper and yelling at them when they didn't know the car model pulling up each time. When the tech came to my window he shared the options available and pointed to the shop price board. I choose the economy option and he responded they don't have it. Interesting not to have the more affordable option at all. Checked out and when the tech came back with the paperwork he said we were finished and he would walk the car out. I reminded him I still needed my card. From there I waited another 30 mins more to be walked out. The tech said the service man was having trouble with the skid but then he whispered he took the wrong thing off and the tech responded "sometimes you have to take the wrong thing off to learn which one is right." I felt for bad service man who was struggling because he clearly needed help and no one around was trained enough to offer it. The oil change took almost an hour. Crazy disorganized for a new store and lacking mature skillsets. Avoid this place and you won't regret it.

I had no issue paying the price but he lied in an attempt to get me to switch over. a quick search on google proved otherwise and they were able to magically use Conventional and even conveniently found a coupon to take $15 off. When I explained my frustrations to Tilly, he literally spoke over me and responded with, "Lady just pay the bill and get out of my store. I don't want to hear your mouth anymore". If you think I am lying, PULL UP THE CAMERAS. He then stood there, not processing my payment. And when I told him I was needing to leave he threatened to call the police on me for walking out on a payment THAT HE WAS NOT PROCESSING. Then he literally just walked away, into the bays. It was the other Manager, Tony, that was the ONLY great thing about my experience. TONY deserves a raise, as he was what good customer service is all about.
