He recommended the most expensive treatment, but when we chose the cheaper option, he said it was actually what would be recommended--our first red flag. We were told we couldn't schedule until payment was made, so we paid nearly $2,000. The contract was done after hours, and we were promised a call from scheduling that never came. We had to reach out ourselves, and even then, the soonest they could come was 4-5 days. Paying so much and having to wait for the better part of a week to treat our home which we were told needs to be done ASAP is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. it's a total scan to take people's money and have them sign a contract before telling them the wait time. I will definitely be using a different company in the future for our routine pest prevention. I'm glad this is a one time commitment with this company.

After paying almost $1000 up front in cash for an entire year of "services" I'm completely frustrated with the whole experience and lack of service I received. We received a notification that they wouldn't do the 2nd service because our dogs were outside. 1) they don't go outside unsupervised 2) they never came back to administer the service. I had called to let them know my dissatisfaction and that my dogs were indeed inside as I was home and they assured they would come back. They did not. And I hadn't seen them after the first time they came even though they were supposed to come every few months. So, I let them know again I was upset because I paid a lot of money and knew they hadn't been doing it. After talking with a female receptionist I let them know several times I was dissatisfied and would not like their "services" anymore and I was tired of them having excuses as to why they didn't come. After several months went by after our year that was paid up front I received an invoice and didn't think much of it since we canceled. I got an incredibly rude phone call and explained the situation calmly and told them that I would not be paying since we canceled and I had spoken to someone. We had to hire an entire other business because they couldn't seem to do what they said they would. She assured me give the circumstances and what had transpired that they would take care of it. Now a month and a half later I get phone call from an extremely rude female telling me to pay my bill. After I explained again this was already taken care of and that I don't owe anything her response was, "I don't have any notes here (same excuse as before) I'll update your notes then. Goodbye." This is unacceptable. Not only are they con artists but they are condescending and rude to their paying customers. I will never recommend this business to anyone. I paid up front for services cash, and only received one treatment. If anything I'm due a refund. But I am so upset at the lack of integrity and business practices that I found someone who does what they claim to and claimed our business transaction a loss. It's shameful that they take advantage of people this way. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere.
