In 10.5 months, they not once made contact to revisit the situation or trap. After re-baiting the trap and taking care of matters myself, I finally caught the skunk. I immediately contacted this business, and told them I had the whole unit and skunk bagged and placed outside of my gate. This was in 90 degree heat with company visiting for outdoor activities. Two days later they decided to respond. I couldn't let it sit like that, neither from a smell issue nor humane issue. I had to take it out and release it on my own. Not having heard back from them, I kept the trap in my backyard after I released the skunk. They picked up the trap today by going in my fenced yard without permission. $275 for this. I would expect a full refund, as they didn't truly perform any services. Highly disappointed.

John is personable and patient, and has a lot of knowledge about local pest issues.
