We had a termite problem at our rental and I looked through Yelp to find someone to help us. What stuck in my mind is that Gowin was one of the few that mentioned experience with termites. They are relatively uncommon in our area so that's not surprising. So we met Jim Gowin at the house and he did an assessment and gave us an estimate and we set a date to do that actual treatment. The house is vacant at the moment so we had to make plans to come from out of town. Jim showed up on time (I was actually late and that was not a problem for him) and he took care of the problem.
