They are relatively uncommon in our area so that's not surprising. So we met Jim Gowin at the house and he did an assessment and gave us an estimate and we set a date to do that actual treatment. When I was getting information about this service I was told resprays were free of charge. They are not. They charged me an extra $42 for this. When I signed up with this company they tricked me into signing a contract. They told me I was signing for them to be able to charge my card. The technician would not let me read this contract. What I was really signing was a contract for 24 months stating they will charge me $45 a MONTH for a service every 3 MONTHS! I called the office to cancel this service because why am I paying every month for a service every 3 months??? When I called, they FINALLY informed me about this contract. They said if I would like to cancel I have to pay $500. I have never heard anything like this before. I told them I will not be doing that and the lady started cussing me out and getting really aggressive. I will be going to the Better Business Bureau. This is such a scam and I truly hope they get shut down so no one will be put in the position I have been put in. This is the biggest scam for money I have ever seen personally.
