This walking ginger thundercloud came in like a brick to the forehead with a smile on his face and an I can eradicate infestations attitude. Not only was this young man polite and professional, but his steely jaw and well pressed khakis had my wife questioning her spousal choice. This eager stud set to work like it was his personal home laying down little mousy mustard gas gift wrapped in tiny black triangles. So thorough was the eliminating beast that I swore I could have heard the mice at the neighbors begging not to share his info. I've seen a lot of lone wolves in my day, but none that eat spider grade lightning and crap mouse grade thunder like this guy. If you looked up exterminate in the dictionary you'd see his meaty middle finger giving a fond farewell to anything with too many legs and not enough bowl control. I have enlisted Point Pest Control since 2013, to help combat many pest problems. This company is reliable and efficient and will return multiple times, as part of the regular quarterly treatment fee, to eradicate pests. For example, they had treated my house one week, a few weeks later, I discovered a large yellow jackets nest in the ground. I called, and someone came out the next day. The technician Jeremy, identified and tried to troubleshoot a bat problem as well (which was only found when I replaced my roof). They have knocked down wasp nests from a second story soffit, sprayed, treated, and with the regular treatments I no longer have carpenter ants in the spring. Benjamin and Nate have now been most efficient, courteous and informative in doing my treatments, including setting out new mouse bait boxes in my garage and shop, when chewing on items in my garage were discovered last fall. Today, the boxes show, after 3 months, no mouse activities inside the garage. Outside bait boxes are effectively treating a thriving deer mouse and vole population! Thank you Ben and Nate! read more

Extremely happy with the service received from Pointe. I recently moved back into my moms house to help clear out the house of stuff and unfortunately found way too many spiders and bugs living in and around the house. I contacted several other pest control companies and they were all over priced. I contacted Pointe and they offered their services for a great price. Jacob and Ben were the techs that came out, and they were great! Jacob definitely knows his stuff and went above and beyond what I expected. I have been using Pointe Pest Control for several years now and have been very satisfied with their service and personnel. My property is 2 1/2 acres with a large home and two outbuildings. Most recently their Technician, Keith Evans, came to do our service and he was outstanding. His attitude and communication were excellent and exuded competency from out first introduction. When he finished, he reviewed what he did and his observations. My only reason for not clicking 5 stars is that I have not had the same Technician since I started with Pointe. We live in the country south of Spokane surrounded by the rolling wheat fields. This is a beautiful place for us and obviously a grand place for rodents. Mouse visitors have been a constant in our house and barn for years until Pointe Pest starting showing up. It took a few visits to get things properly squared away but for the first time since moving in in 1998 that we have been mouse free! Many may, like us, fear that the dead mice who may expire within walls will smell. However, that is a result of using common mouse poison like Decon. My mother and I reached out to deal with some ants that had made their way inside after it got cold. Kenny was who we worked with first and he was able to communicate through text which was handy for my hectic schedule. Forrest and Byron came and performed the spraying and they were quick. One working on the outside and one working on the inside. They even took care of the wasp nests for us that plagued outside.
