I have been so happy with the service from Croach. They come out every 3 months, always notify me beforehand, and leave a door tag telling me what work they performed. I have had to call them back once & they returned the same day to fix the problem. Once I had an issue with wasps & a tech came back to find the source. So not happy, after being a customer for 4 plus years straight, I find a huge, size of a softball, wasp nest in the vent coming from my oven fan. So I call croach, who recently completed a service, to notify them that they missed this huge monstrosity. Do you know what the response was, we can't get on roofs to remove that, so I'll have my technician go take a look and if he needs to get on the roof he can't remove it. So why do I have you as my pest control, when this wasn't there the past four years, yet you have allowed it to grow to the size it is and now tell me you can't help me. Disgraceful Called them back to advise of newfound wasps inside the house, they upgraded the technician to come as eaout today (got an email for 5 days from now, Wednesday) I'm really happy they stepped up and sent someone quicker. I cannot stress enough how Croach is a horrible company NO NOT Use Them. Croach sent me to collections after the tech did a horrible service and I told them I wanted to cancel. The regional manager Don from Spokane had to come out and complete the job the tech did not complete when he was out here. I thought that everything was going to be solved he said that they were going to wave the cancellation fee. I said that I would pay for the last service. Then Asheley the account manager tells me I have to pay for the fees for them sending me to collections on top of that. Croach does not care about customers just your money. read more

This company lied. They came to my door twice today and I told them this is an HOA neighborhood that does not allow door to door solicitation. I called the Post Falls office and they told me they have a license for door to door solicitation even in non-soliciting neighborhoods. I called the county, and they said Croach DOES NOT have a license, and even if they did they cannot go into HOAs with no solicitation policies. If they did have a license, their reps would have badges with headshots also - these guys did not. read more

From the very beginning this company has been very deceiving. Signed a contract but was under the impression that i was signing for them to run my card for a one-time service, not that I was signing a 1-yr contract. I did not receive a copy of this contract or any paperwork until AFTER the service was performed. Upon complaint by the sales person for not disclosing anything and making it appear as a one-time service for being in the area, the sales person then called several times asking why I was unhappy. Overall, this company is not trustworthy and I would never recommend anyone go through them for pest control. Even now, they are wanting to charge $450 for a one-time service and are threatening to send me to collections as they continue to reference the contract that I never saw until AFTER it was all said and done. Go to Pointe Pest Control for your needs if they service your area. They are upfront and honest from the very beginning and sit down with you and go over every single page of the contract to ensure you, the customer, is satisfied with the services being performed. read more

Update- I spoke with Tom at Croach and he addressed my concerns. He apologized for all the troubles and made sure I will be scheduled on requested days now. Prior review: The service guys that come to service your house are great. Friendly and they do a good job. When I signed my year contract I was told they would give us Friday or Saturday appointments (it is even mentioned on my signed contract). They never do. They always automatically sign me up for a day that is not Friday or Saturday. Then I have to call them and try and reschedule and explain to them that I need Friday or Saturdays. It's very frustrating. Their prices are high. My quarterly service is 129.00. read more

If you accidentally overpay they tell you their accounting system can't do refunds. Really - even Quickbooks can do a refund

This company is a scam, do not use them. They will fraudulently charge your card. They came to our house (while we were home and after speaking to us) only did the front and left a door hanger that they couldn't get into the backyard, even though WE WERE HOME. In addition said it would be quarterly, then charged 2 months in a row. Do not trust these people with your credit card info. read more

They promised alot and didnt deliver. Came in the spring and just sprayed. We still had bugs and hornet nests. They came for the second treatment. They never got any of the nests and sprayed around the house. We still had bugs and lots of spiders. We called and they said they will come out and handle it. 2 weeks went by and they never showed. We called back and explained again what was going on with the Hornets nests they neglected and all the bugs we had. They came out a week later. We have a ring camera and saw he sprayed a 2 ft section and just left. Never have I seen someone so lazy. They arent a good pear control company and I would highly recommend another place. This company is deceptive with a rock solid contract!! I cancelled my 1 year contract fom in writing 1 year from the origination date and got a credit balance due of $89.00. When I attempted to resolve by phone, I was promised if I pay the fee 1 add'l treatment would be delivered and contract was cancelled. I can only recommend that you DO NOT use this company. The workers do a sloppy job with bug spray all over your windows and home. Two walk around your house for two minutes then try to say it went fast because there were two. The second guy just followed the first with nothing in his hands. Croach preys on elderly people by going door to door and getting them to sign up for unnecessary services and not fulfilling what the agreement is. They charge them a fee to sign them up and does not explain that they are signing a annual contract. They guaranteed the removal of the pest problem and convinced them that it would not cost them any extra. However when it came down to the fulfillment of the contract they did not remove the pest and they also did not show up to even spray or check on the traps they had set out. They actually do business out of Kirkland, WA and lied to my mom telling her they where local. If you have a problem and call, the people you are talking to do not even know where you live and who is servicing your home. The sales person only sells the contract and you never see or talk to them again. They are very deceptive and should be shut down and fined for preying on the older population. Very, Very, Unhappy. We will never do business with a company that is not local!!!! read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. So upset with this company, they knock on my door, force a year contract and do an awful job. I agreed to use them because I was looking for a service anyways and it seemed convenient at the time. NEVER AGAIN. We have had more and more spiders show up since they've been here, it's like it attracted them instead. The last time they came they told me they'd schedule via email, never got an email. Instead I got home to see that they were at my house unannounced and weren't going to do the interior like we had agreed on the time before when they were here. When I asked him to do the interior he just did the main level and tried to leave. I asked him to do the basement and he went in 1 room and then left. When I called to try and cancel the account manager was argumentative and rude and said I had to pay $200 to get out of the contract. Plus they are double the price of any other company. Now I'm stuck with them until our contract is up. Don't make the mistake of using them! It's a trap. read more

Took over an hour and multiple calls to stop initial service. Calls go to call center that states due to high volume of calls you can get call back dial 11. No call back ! Called next day. I have had three appointments set up with Richard, the first he postponed until early the next week, he said he would text me and set up an appointment on a Monday. Monday afternoon was approaching and I had not heard from him so I sent a text, no response. A week later I sent a text asking if we could meet and he agreed to a time slot of 7-8am. Once again, Richard was a no show. I sent a text he never responded. This is very unprofessional and irresponsible way of doing business. I do not recommend CROACH! read more

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in 30 years of home ownership. They are very deceptive in their presentation of the "special" rates. They come out to see you , walk around your home and then present you with a "very special rate" for a yearly commitment. The plan is supposedly "cancelable at any time if you are unhappy". SO NOT TRUE. They came out and sprayed. Then they came out the next month and sprayed again. We still had tons of spiders so we told them we were unhappy and wanted to cancel service. THEN THE SMALL PRINT CAME INTO PLAY. Well we couldn't cancel and they demanded to keep the program. When we told them no they sent us bills which now had past due fees and then ultimately now we hear (mind you not in writing ) that they sent us to collections. When I attempted to resolve the issue they told me they could not do anything with our account. I was told to contact a collection agency. Again, I have no idea who since I have never heard from them. If I get a collection notice I will be going straight to small claims. Also, the spiders are nasty, their products don't work and I am hiring another company ASAP. RUN RUN AWAY from these guys!!!! DO not use them unless you to want to end up in court! read more
