Tyler usually does our pest inspections and he is very kind and thorough. He has gone out of his way to plug up holes where mice could get into our house. He has also removed several wasp nests for us. The bait boxes work really well and we've gone at least a year without seeing mice in our house. On September 12th, 2025 I spoke to a kind man at Pointe Pest because a mouse had randomly snuck into our house and was running loose in our living room. We couldn't catch it with traps. He sent TJ to our house to capture and remove it. (I had trapped the mouse under a plastic tote.) My mom and I don't have anyone to help us with pest emergencies so we really rely on our servicemen.
