They were responsive and professional, the service came with not only collecting and removal of the creatures, but sanitization and a service guarantee! The value of their service is uncontested. Chris(?) stayed in touch with us with a daily status as he assessed and managed the wildlife that made our home unfortunately theirs. I am leaving this review to share my frustrating experience with Dr. Critter's rat removal service…read more After paying $2,700 for what was supposed to be a comprehensive attic exclusion with a one-year warranty, I ended up feeling completely let down. When rat activity returned just a month and a half later, the company refused to honor their warranty in any meaningful way. They came out, checked only the exact spots they originally sealed, and then told me that since those particular spots were still intact, the warranty didn't cover anything else. Essentially, they're using the warranty as a way to avoid responsibility for any missed entry points. If they missed sealing three out of eight possible entry locations, for example, they won't return to fix those misses without charging extra. Their "solution" is to just charge more for additional trapping, which isn't a real fix if the entry points remain open. In short, the one-year warranty feels like a complete scam. They're not standing behind their work, and I'm left dealing with the same problem I paid them to solve. I'd strongly advise others to be cautious before using this service

My husband ran to the truck, & asked tech, if he was treating our lawn? "Oh yer getting lawn service"? Aww yeah. What'd u do? "I treated your shrubs,(we didn't order that!)& palm trees". He's supposed to custom mix in his truck, whatever our lawn currently needs, after he inspects it, then spray. Turned around, & 5 min he was gone! Never saw him drag hose from the truck to spray the lawn! He never drilled holes around palm trees to inject into the ground as we were told. He dropped granules all up against the trunks, supposed to inject under the soil around trees. 4 days later I'm well enough to go outside to work in my garden beds. To my horror I see ALL MY FLOWERING SHRUBS have granules thruout the shrubs all over their flowers that are now brown, & burnt where fertilizer stayed, & again fert is up against the trunks. Neither of these things are proper care, & a lawn/landscaping Co should know this! We never ordered shrub care! None of what we paid for was done! The 2nd day they come again, & spray the lawn, the 2nd time? Idk what they did to the lawn on day one. A week later I see a huge cockroach, only one ... sod web worms, & moths on the lawns edge! Did they spray for bugs bc that is the main reason we hire lawncare Co's. Our lawn is burnt in spots, its never had this happen with any Co., & my shrubs are awful! In 23 years, 4 Co's this was our worse experience yet. We loved our sales lady, but none of what she sold us was done as she said! I would've complained immediately, but I've been sick. Wish I'd talked with the tech's but I doubt it would've made any difference. These guys should be trained & educated in what they do especially when dealing with chemicals. I'm sorry but I can't continue to use Arrows services.
