Tech came day after the sales rep was here. Before we knew it he was leaving, was less than 10 min. Never saw him spray the lawn! My husband ran to the truck, & asked tech, if he was treating our lawn? "Oh yer getting lawn service"? Aww yeah. What'd u do? "I treated your shrubs,(we didn't order that!)& palm trees". He's supposed to custom mix in his truck, whatever our lawn currently needs, after he inspects it, then spray. Turned around, & 5 min he was gone! Never saw him drag hose from the truck to spray the lawn! He never drilled holes around palm trees to inject into the ground as we were told. He dropped granules all up against the trunks, supposed to inject under the soil around trees. 4 days later I'm well enough to go outside to work in my garden beds. To my horror I see ALL MY FLOWERING SHRUBS have granules thruout the shrubs all over their flowers that are now brown, & burnt where fertilizer stayed, & again fert is up against the trunks. Neither of these things are proper care, & a lawn/landscaping Co should know this! We never ordered shrub care! None of what we paid for was done! The 2nd day they come again, & spray the lawn, the 2nd time? Idk what they did to the lawn on day one. A week later I see a huge cockroach, only one ... sod web worms, & moths on the lawns edge! Did they spray for bugs bc that is the main reason we hire lawncare Co's. Our lawn is burnt in spots, its never had this happen with any Co., & my shrubs are awful! In 23 years, 4 Co's this was our worse experience yet. We loved our sales lady, but none of what she sold us was done as she said! I would've complained immediately, but I've been sick. Wish I'd talked with the tech's but I doubt it would've made any difference. These guys should be trained & educated in what they do especially when dealing with chemicals. NEGATIVE STARS (not able to do that so I'm saying it) What seemed to be a great start, didn't stay that way for long. They came out and gave us a quote for termite tenting. There were questions which were answered, a estimated date was given for the service and we signed the documents electronically from the link they provided us (June). The quote included going over a small fenced in area that was attached to the house in 2 different areas - rep was told that we couldn't take it down and they said we didn't have to as they were going to go tent over it. Then almost a while month after signing, we followed up on when they would be coming. The rep said we never signed the documents. Had to call back to tell them that we did and we got the counter signed documents back. That was a back and forth for a few days before they found the signed documents in their system (shocker). At this point, we were told it would be until the end of August for service because they have been so busy and are having to contract service to outside companies to keep up. We then had to repeatedly call to finally have someone come and tell us exactly what we needed to move out of the way (contract vaguely says 18 inches from the house but we have several places where we didn't know if anything had to be moved or not). A rep came and video chatted with someone else about what to move. This included telling us that we needed to take down one section of the fenceed area that is attached to the house which we were told we didn't have to move (this was about 3 weeks before tenting at this point). Day of the tenting and no workers until about Noon. Contracted company (not Arrow) told us that they couldn't tent our house cause of the fenceed area in the back. We explained what we were told and they just answered back that they couldn't do it. Then one of the workers said it must be an Arrow job (clearly they have run into problems before). We told them again about what was quoted and what we were told to move. The contracted company figured it out and covered the fence area. We moved out of the house the day before the tenting so all of this was just chaotic to say the least. House was rented on a Wednesday, by late afternoon on Thursday the tent was off and we assumed they were in the process of venting the house. We checked the house and they left a window open and it was raining (something else we were told they wouldn't do was leave any windows open if it was going to rain). Had to rip the screen out to close the window. Friday - no word from anyone on if we could get back into the house and of course, it's a holiday weekend. Called and the answering service said that someone would call us. Saturday - still nothing from the company. I checked on the house after being at work (about 5ish) and they posted a sheet of paper on the door saying that we could get back into the house as of Friday (the paper wasn't there when I drove by on my way to work). A full week later, we got an email saying that we could get back into the house. That same day we got the bill in the mail. No communication from this company and just a serious lack of respect for the customer. read more

Update. Yes. We cancelled out service with Arrow after reviewing our Ring cameras. The technician did arrive. Well, for about six (6) minutes including about a minute and a half worth of reloading his pest control. So, at say, $85 per visit / quarter and I'll be generous saying ten (10) minutes all together = $510 per hour. I am, however, adding a star because we really did like our service tech and we will miss him. Words cannot describe how I loathe Arrow Pest Services. Why did we stay with them for so long? Because both technicians assigned to our account were terrific. Unfortunately, the last straw was this week when they sent a different rando tech without notice- no email, text or call, told us they provided indoor and outdoor service with no one home to let them in or open the outside gate. Then we try and call to get this situation straightened out. No answer from customer service all morning. Absolutely zero answer, but the sales line answers in less than one (1) ring. Magnificent! There's your priorities. And don't get me started on their "yearly" inspections. I suspect the yearly guy isn't even a technician. Every year he arrives with a new discovery that will cost between $1,000 and $3,000 dollars. Sign up now! Termites! Scare my wife! Giant rats! Boogy boogy! I wish we could take our current tech with us to the new service. read more

****STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!*****This company is the worse I have ever dealt with. They didn't provide lawn service in May. Then in June they serviced our neighbor's lawn (and they don't even use Arrow). I called to get a refund and was told it was submitted for processing. I get an email stating they are issuing a CREDIT for may, but not June because the GPS on truck shows they were here. I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor. Was told one would call me back in 2 hours. Called them back after 3 and asked for a supervisor to call. I was told the same story. A supervisor never calls back. On July 1st, I decided to cancel services and was given to Berry in escalation. He was very rude when I stated I wanted to cancel. I said I still want a refund now for 2 months and to cancel. I explained I want my credit card on file, but do not want to be charged for July. He said he knew how to do his job and would get my refund in 2 weeks. I did not get a refund, instead I got a charge, and THEY STILL CAME TO SERVICE MY LAWN! I called back yet again. I was on the phone for 3 hours. I finally got a manager. He said he cancelled my service, my credit card was removed, and they will issue a refund check. I was told checks process on 1stvof month and should re6nonlater than 8/11. It is now 8/11...no check arrived. I called AGAIN, and was told that checks do not take that long to process and wasn't sure why I was told otherwise. She was going to escalate this to a supervisor to call me back in 2 hours (their famous line). I knew they weren't go to call me back. I waited the two hours and they were closed. This company is nothing but a scam. Either they are all liars or no one there knows what they are doing. I doubt I will ever get a refund especially after posting this review. DO NOT USE. I hired then to fertilize and insecticide my lawn. Where Dan sprayed my lawn, it severely damaged it. As you can see from the photos, you can see where he sprayed. I had 4 areas of the lawn that was brown. After their lawn care specialist came out, she concluded it was lack of watering. And she was right my sprinklers were not hitting those areas. But then she recommended Arrow to fertilize an insecticide the yard. So I agreed and they sprayed it and wherever they sprayed severely damage my yard. My landscaper came out a week later and was shocked at how much of my yard was now dead. I have spent hundreds of dollars during the winter to sprinkler my long to keep it green. It was the greenest yard in the neighborhood until Arrow sprayed it. I tried to get a manager out to the house to see the damage grass and a refund my money. It's been two weeks and no manager has come out here. Do not hire arrow environmental. read more

And if you have a problem, like the tech doesn't show for a scheduled treatment, the best you are offered is for contact by a supervisor within 48 hours. this used to be a reliable company but is totally unreliable due to a recent acquisition by Rentokil. I have been a customer for 10 years, always pay my bills on time, and they stopped service because they made a mistake about my payments and stopped providing pest control service without telling me! Have been with (Supposedly) Arrow Environmental for several years. The service has declined terribly! Our lawn was fertilizer burnt by a technician.. then was told we would have no payments due for several months as this had to be corrected. Now all the sudden their sending past due bills for non payment. Which we will not be paying by the way. And, lawn hasn't look good since. We've have several new technicians lately, with no calls, or text as to when they will be applying chemicals to lawn. As we have 2 dogs this a a definite NO NO ! And, again no bills sent to us by e-mail or mail for service rendered Again not paying. Not our fault the companies billing is incompetent. I called to file a complaint to a manager with our concerns & dissatisfaction to be told I would receive a call back. Guess what.... Never happened! I called again to cancel our lawn service... Oh say it is so... they wanted to send a Service Manager out to my house to speak to me. What would I want that when I can't even get a call back. No Thanks. Moved over 1200 miles to take this job. It was pitched to be an 85K+ job by recruiting. Sadly mistaken...After 8 months, it worked out to about 26K Promises made. Promises broken. Get anything and everything in writing!!!! Rentokil acquired them over a year ago. Rentokil likes to buy up and gobble companies. America's newest global monster. I was hired for a Commercial Sales Position and soon found out that Arrow was not even setup for Commercial Sales. ZERO Communication. Your simply a can that gets kicked down the street. Do not reccomend till the merger is complete. Big Lessons learned...... I requested an exit interview. No call, No email, No Communication. Not even a phone call from my manager. SAD. read more

I am a landscaping owner and called trying to find a company that could service my accounts. I have about 153 lawn accounts and 50 are in the Tampa area. we started off with two yards with monthly service. they double charges me the fist time, $260 for the first month. I called and they said next month would be free. next month they charge me $130. I called them and canceled them on January 3rd, and asked them for my one month refund. I have not got my refund, canceled services, and still got charged for February , March, and April. $390 and no services. Calling Monday and will see what happens ‍ read more

I live in Englewood and use Arrow environmental services. They used to switch technicians to often. I finally got an outstanding technician named Don I told them if they switched him I would quit. Just a note to whoever needs to see this,...my sister in law used your company when she was living in the home we bought so we thought we would continue to use your company at least for termite protection. We made 2 appointments and both times they never showed up and what really upset me was that they didn't have the decency to even call with an explanation of not keeping the appointments. One year after fumigating my house, Arrow charged my $300 for a "fumigation warranty." The inspector who arrived stated he would not go into the attic and that there would not be evidence of new activity for 2-3 yrs. He then walked around my house and made a sales pitch for another product. I already have them coming for quarterly parameter treatments. I have called several times for a refund. My only answer is that they will forward my issue to the manager. I have yet to hear from them. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. read more

I have used arrow for many many years on multiple properties. We hadn't owned a home here in a while but when we recently bought a new one and it had some kind of irrigation system we knew who we would call. We were told the system was not working (which it wasn't) but had no idea what was underground. Their technician located all the underground wiring, replaced all sorts of cracked lines, broken heads, etc and we are up and running! Best news ever to now have a functioning sprinkler system on this 1/2 acre lot. They didn't try to sell me a whole bunch of new stuff, they fixed what we had to work with and at a reasonable price. They will now do our lawn care going forward and our pest service too! As always, their service was awesome, technicians are knowledgable and efficient. Once again they did not disappoint - nice job Arrow - keep up the good work!!!! read more

We are very disappointed with this company--they billed us a year early, we paid, then discovered their mistake. We have called them 4 times to refund our fee of $216. Each time they have promised to send a check which we have never received. Methinks they cannot be trusted. So, what would their reaction be for guaranteed work? It was not until we got a new company that we were informed that our back yard had not been treated because it plus have required them moving their truck. We needed help when we bought our home 2 years ago and called Arrow. When we moved in we had an issue with ants. They very quickly took care of the problem and we signed up for their annual program. I made the mistake of leaving a package of Chocolate Chip cookies on the counter this year and within hours our ant friends were back to visit. Our technician is Elvin and he came to the rescue within a couple of hours after we called...no charge, part of the program. He did not rush in and out. He is a professional in all aspects. Elvin called back within a week to make sure we were free from our little friends and today came to take care of the quarterly service. We cannot say enough good about this young man and how well he represents his company, other than, if I had my own company I would want him working for me. I have had Arrow out many times, technician did not follow direction, lied about coming to my house and one time told me the gate was locked so they threw the equipment over my fence to gain access.
