Thank goodness for Truly Nolen because they saved us both times when the apartment complexes could really care less about their tenants. The only part that was expensive was the set-up fees that knocked out the problem almost immediatly. After that, the quartely fees were minimal and protected our spaces from getting infested by our dirty neighbors. After one set-up, they usually will not charge you even when you move.

Never saw him drag hose from the truck to spray the lawn! He never drilled holes around palm trees to inject into the ground as we were told. He dropped granules all up against the trunks, supposed to inject under the soil around trees. 4 days later I'm well enough to go outside to work in my garden beds. To my horror I see ALL MY FLOWERING SHRUBS have granules thruout the shrubs all over their flowers that are now brown, & burnt where fertilizer stayed, & again fert is up against the trunks. Neither of these things are proper care, & a lawn/landscaping Co should know this! We never ordered shrub care! None of what we paid for was done! The 2nd day they come again, & spray the lawn, the 2nd time? Idk what they did to the lawn on day one. A week later I see a huge cockroach, only one ... sod web worms, & moths on the lawns edge! Did they spray for bugs bc that is the main reason we hire lawncare Co's. Our lawn is burnt in spots, its never had this happen with any Co., & my shrubs are awful! In 23 years, 4 Co's this was our worse experience yet. We loved our sales lady, but none of what she sold us was done as she said! I would've complained immediately, but I've been sick. Wish I'd talked with the tech's but I doubt it would've made any difference. These guys should be trained & educated in what they do especially when dealing with chemicals. I've used their lawn pest service for some time, and I wish I had checked reviews before signing up. I first contacted them in March after noticing clear signs of a chinch bug infestation. I built my home 22 years ago and have dealt with chinch bugs before--I know exactly what the damage looks like. Instead of taking my concern seriously, they repeatedly insisted it was just drought stress. From March through July, I called multiple times asking them to properly investigate. When they finally came out in June, the inspection felt very superficial. They ran my irrigation for a couple of minutes, did a quick moisture test, and again concluded it was drought--even though my irrigation system had already been checked and confirmed to be working properly. Meanwhile, the damage pattern in my lawn clearly matched chinch bugs, while the rest of the yard remained healthy. The most frustrating part is that the Monday after telling me I did NOT have chinch bugs, they returned and treated the lawn for chinch bugs anyway. That alone shows how uncertain their diagnosis was. Now my lawn is in the worst condition it has been in since I built my home 22 years ago. What should have been a manageable issue was allowed to spread because they refused to listen and delayed proper treatment. When I asked them to make it right, I was met only with excuses and no accountability. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to think twice before using Turner Pest Control for lawn pest services.

Please read…read more I attempted to cancel my pest control service multiple times with the original company via phone and email while I was still living at the residence. No one answered calls. No one responded to emails. Cancellation was effectively made impossible. In early February 2025, I sent two written emails clearly requesting cancellation, explicitly stating that I had already been trying to cancel for two months without any response. I never received a reply or confirmation.. yet the billing continued anyway. My lease ended in early April 2025. Shortly prior, on March 28, 2025, I was involved in a serious car accident and was hospitalized for about a month, followed by rehabilitation where I literally could not walk. While I was hospitalized and in rehab, this company sent an email on April 28, 2025 claiming they had acquired the original company and continued billing me for services at a property I no longer lived at and had already tried repeatedly to cancel. They now insist (in January 2026) I owe money because they "sent an email," even though I had already canceled months earlier and was medically incapacitated at the time. When I finally spoke with them and provided written proof of my cancellation attempts, they refused to honor it and tried to distance themselves from the original company.. despite having acquired the account and its history. This is not a customer service issue. This is a billing and ethics issue. If you sign up with this company: -Be prepared to fight to cancel -Document everything -Expect silence when you try to stop service -Expect continued billing after cancellation I would STRONGLY discourage anyone from using a company that ignores cancellation requests, bills for unauthorized services, and attempts to hold customers financially responsible under circumstances like these. There are plenty of pest control companies that operate transparently and ethically. This is not one of them.

After I answered and let him know we were not interested, he continued on to try to sell me on your service, then asked me if he could have something to eat because he wasn't given time for lunch. One: do not send people door to door at this time of day. You're going to irritate a lot of parents. I'll frankly never consider your service with that approach. It tells me you don't care. Two: teach your team how to interact with potential customers. Not a good look for your company based on our interaction. Three: figure out a way to feed the people on your team or give them the time for a meal. I'd be embarrassed if anyone who worked for me didn't have access to the time and ability to have a proper lunch.
