Thanks to wonderful neighbors keeping an eye on the property, they reached out to let us know they saw a raccoon heading under our home. After several phone calls, we settled on Animal Rangers to address the issue. They were responsive and professional, the service came with not only collecting and removal of the creatures, but sanitization and a service guarantee! The value of their service is uncontested. Chris(?) stayed in touch with us with a daily status as he assessed and managed the wildlife that made our home unfortunately theirs. Animal Rangers responded and collected much more than we had originally thought - our total end count for animals 'wrangled' - 3 raccoons (one pregnant!), 4 possums, 3 rabbits and a rat!

I wholeheartedly recommend ARR Nuisance Wildlife Control. This company follows the Florida Fish and…read moreWildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) regulations and offers humane methods to remove wildlife. In my search for 'humane rodent removal' I ran across ARR. On the website they explain that regardless of the remediation method they treat every animal with respect and dignity. Businesses can say anything they want and not mean it, but upon meeting the owner Michael, hearing his genuine concerns with the environment and how to use methods that were humane and would not poison the surrounding ecosystem, it was clear that he meant it. He took time to explain his approach, and was kind and understanding of my request to do as little harm as possible. He didn't make me feel silly, because I was concerned about a creature (even a pest) and took that into account in his proposed plan. He completed a detailed inspection of the areas inside the house, the attic, outside the house and property, and identified an entry area where they were getting into my enclosed laundry room through a vent. He also quickly found the place where they had set up house under a palm bush. After his inspection he wrote a detailed list of everything we had a talked about and his recommendations, which were many more than talked about in this review. Michael was professional, personable and so easy to work with in coming up with a plan. Not a question that I will reach out to him again if I need further services. Thank you Michael!
