They have a nice little "Termination Fee". sign up for service, ask if there is a Termination Fee if you cancel after six months, let them tell you "no" and then when you do there is a $250 termination fee. I guess because it is a lower case termination fee that makes it okay. Still not a very nice thing to do to a 97 who doesn't have time to argue.... Make your own choice.... read more

Unprepared and poorly communicated service. We waited several days for an appointment. The first technician arrived unprepared and said he didn't even know he was scheduled that day and didn't have the necessary supplies. A second technician came days later and told us the animal had likely died in the wall and that they do not go into walls -- only offering scent bags. This information could have been communicated over the phone from the start and would have saved us days of waiting and stress. Very disappointing experience and a lack of clear communication throughout. read more

All I can say is PURCOR provided exceptional service performed by service tech Tyler. He has many years of experience at his job. Every aspect of the job was done beyond my expectations. Impossible to contact. They will put you on autopay WITHOUT your permission. Did not come at agreed upon time or date. They make it impossible to cancel your service or an appointment. You will get to an AI answering machine and noone ever calls back. Awful. read more

I've been them for several years. Always there on time and do a great job. With the cold we just had rats got in my house and I was petrified. I called and they came right away. The rats had eaten through the wire around the air conditioner. They repaired that and set traps and I haven't seen any more. The come every few days and ek the traps. read more

Chuck does our regular pest control. He is always on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. I won't have anyone else take care of my pest control but him, so you better hang onto him! When we had bug problems Chuck was the only one who listened to me and did what was needed, now we are bug free! I would say the value is there because it would cost more for me to do it myself with buying the pesticides and then my time doing it, even with the price increase. read more

I am typically one who only leaves good reviews. My complaint with PURCOR isn't about the actual service but with scheduling. I had an appointment set up for Saturday 5/31/25. Long story but they never came in the time frame promised. I called and was told a manager had rescheduled me to Monday. No one ever called me to see if it was okay. I ended up having a n appointment today and they showed up. I had been told the manager would call won Monday. Never called. I called today and the first thing the manager said "it wasn't me". I asked her to please find out why this happened and let me know. We shall see. I had to rearrange another appointment to have service today and had rescheduled a get together with a friend on the original date. I probably won't recommend this company because of this. I understand things happen but it's unprofessional to do this! read more

We ended up with this company after two buyouts of our pest control companies. I was leery at first, only doing outside , but we found out if we requested inside service we could have it. I hired this company because I had rats in the attic. John came out right away to give an estimate to find the locations where the rats entered the attic, to close off those areas and to trap the remaining rats. I was given a price of $650. The company closed the wire covers on the plumbing vents but couldn't find any other places where the rats were getting into the house. I told John I thought $650 was an unfair price for what was done and he dropped the price twice more and then he became belligerent. I agreed to have Colton set and check traps for the month of January. Colton also set out four black pellet boxes around the perimeter of my house. After one week, three rats were caught but on January 17 and January 20 rat traps were set, but there was no bait in the traps, no rats have been caught and there have been no checks on the pellet boxes. I do not have confidence in this company. read more

Question: your lawncare company uses the wrong pesticide on your St Augustine grass and kills it. What happens next? If you are a Purcor customer you get countless promises- but no results. Purcor did this to my lawn (as well as 6 others) in Sept 2023! It's now July 2024- TEN months later-- and I still have dead areas. The list of excuses of why it's taking so long is lengthy. Back on 10/4/23 operations manager John Long said he would treat it with nitrogen and if it didn't come back, they would replace it with sod. Some areas came back with weeds and wild grass- not the St Augustine that was ruined by their negligence. Other areas did not. Purcor has not made good on their promises and I'm tired of their bedtime stories. Do not use this company as they will say anything, but will do what is best for them. read more

Terrible customer service and their billing department is unreachable if you have a billing problem. I have called them three times and sent two detailed emails to them and three days later they have not returned any of my calls or my emails. You can't even call the billing department directly, you have to call elsewhere and they transfer you to the billing department who doesn't answer the phone. read more
