TERRIBLE! Their Irrigation Services are just terrible. We have a quarterly maintenance service…read morewith them and cannot get service from them for a repair or ever get proof that they ever come out. Each time I call for a repair they say they were just out but have no way of prooving it, no report, no sticker on door. Nothing. I called for a repair and it took them a week to come out and "assess" the repair and then do not call back to address the issue. When I called they told me the repair was scheduled a month from assessment date. I asked how they sold a service they cannot perovide and I was informed they only have one irrigation employee. I am still waiting on a call back and have called/emailed several times. I feel completely taken advantage of. We desperately need a repair done ASAP.

We just moved into a brand-new apartment complex (The Adley) and saw a few (10-12) ants, which is…read moreto be expected in new construction, but not acceptable to us. Adley staff contacted Massey Services right away and as long as we've lived in Florida and the Sarasota/Siesta Key and Lakewood Ranch areas, we've never had such a prompt and professional visit as we had from Massey Services. Pest technician Bill was thorough and explained the spray (we have a dog and cat) and its effects. VERY happy to say we have had no more ants. He even followed up a week later to ensure the pests were gone. We definitely recommend Massey Services for pest control.

Lengthy but important if you are considering Turner…read more Turner Pest Control's 3.2 rating is unfortunately well deserved based on my experience. I've used their lawn pest service for some time, and I wish I had checked reviews before signing up. I first contacted them in March after noticing clear signs of a chinch bug infestation. I built my home 22 years ago and have dealt with chinch bugs before--I know exactly what the damage looks like. Instead of taking my concern seriously, they repeatedly insisted it was just drought stress. From March through July, I called multiple times asking them to properly investigate. When they finally came out in June, the inspection felt very superficial. They ran my irrigation for a couple of minutes, did a quick moisture test, and again concluded it was drought--even though my irrigation system had already been checked and confirmed to be working properly. Meanwhile, the damage pattern in my lawn clearly matched chinch bugs, while the rest of the yard remained healthy. The most frustrating part is that the Monday after telling me I did NOT have chinch bugs, they returned and treated the lawn for chinch bugs anyway. That alone shows how uncertain their diagnosis was. Now my lawn is in the worst condition it has been in since I built my home 22 years ago. What should have been a manageable issue was allowed to spread because they refused to listen and delayed proper treatment. When I asked them to make it right, I was met only with excuses and no accountability. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to think twice before using Turner Pest Control for lawn pest services.

Where do I start. We use to love Truly Nolen, but things have changed lately…read more First I had the lawn tech only do 2/3 of the yard, so I called and made them send him back out to finish. Second, I had a huge swarm of ants, so I called and yes it was after hours and left a message with the answering service. They never called back. I called Truly Nolan again, and finally got someone out to my house. I called and asked for a manager, and his best explanation of why they didn't call me was " I have no idea why I didn't see the message" I had some work done and they needed to come back and finish the job. I waited a couple of weeks.... Nothing. No call no follow up, no one scheduled the follow up. I finally texted my tech, he has no idea what happened and why the office didn't schedule the follow up. They now want to come when I'm unavailable and asked if they could just come in ( as in my house) while no one is home. Heck No!!!'

A few months ago we noticed these teeny tiny ants around the kitchen sink area which we later learned are known as ghost ants. I moved here two years ago and was in desperate need of pest control. The home I purchased had…read morebeen under construction for some time and some undesirables would occasionally find their way inside. I had tried several other companies since moving to the area, the others were okay but Hall's really knocked it out of the park. I watched Matt Hall in action the first time I used him several months ago and was really blown away by his professionalism and knowledge. Matt does all the work himself, even removing the spider webs from the lanai which no other pest control company did. I have also called them on an emergency basis and they responded immediately. I walked into my bedroom one day and the floor was covered with ants. Foolishly, instead of calling them, I used an ant bait which turned out to be the worst thing I could have done. Matt told me the bait I used would now attract more of them into the house and boy was he right! He was very proactive in controlling the ant situation in the correct way and I never had an issue again. He warned me that ridding a house of ants can be time consuming so try and be patient and that he would probably have to do more than one treatment. Fortunately for me, whatever he did to treat the situation did the trick the first time. The ants were gone and have never returned. All calls are answered or returned promptly which is another thing that sets them apart from the other companies I tried in the area. I recommend them highly and use them on a quarterly basis now.
