Via email I commented that the price had increased and expressed surprise. In no way was my comment offensive rather it was a casual observation. However, the owner, Jeff King, called me to tell me he was offended by my comment and berated me. I told him that I was offended by the way he was speaking to me but he kept on. A couple of weeks later, Lawn King serviced my neighbor's property but not mine. I emailed Lawn King asking why they missed my lawn. The response was that they had cancelled my account! I pointed out that according to the service agreement they needed to give me 30 day notice of cancellation and I also noted that their price increase was not in accordance with the agreement. Again Jeff King called and left a voice mail message demeaning me and accusing me of refusing to pay which never happened. He spewed forth hateful remarks and untruths. This man is a belligerent bully and seems unhinged. Because of his behavior, I cannot recommend this company and would give negative stars if I could. What a horrible experience!

His employees, Louis and Ihor, began work within a week and completed the entire project in one day. Gary followed up with us to insure we were satisfied. We've read the negative comments appearing on Yelp and can't believe we are writing about this same company!
