I've had a German roach problem for a couple of months and NaturZone is always ready to stop by and increase the treatment that is necessary to eradicate them. I live in a community that uses this service. As part of our contract, we get an annual inspection of each unit. We had this with our past service provider as well. The former service provider spent about 20 minutes in my unit, thoroughly inspecting each room, baseboard and doorway. In addition the former provider opened cabinets and closet doors, as these are also places where termites might show up, Unfortunately naturzone, was not able to do such a thorough inspection. He spent less than five minutes in my unit. when I suggested he go upstairs to our loft where we had seen activity he audibly sighed. Because nature zone only does spot treatment. I thought it was important that we do a thorough look around. He did not look under any furniture, in any cabinets, or in any closets. I was left wondering what the purpose of this exercise was... especially because the company only spot treats and does not tent. read more

I have used NaturZone for two years and was quite happy until my last scheduled visit. Last week I called for an appointment and received a call back the next day. An appointment was made for 5 days later which the exterminator apologized about the wait time but explained he was very busy. We set a date and a time for his visit. The day he was to come he did not show up nor did he call. 45 minutes later I called up NaturZone. The receptionist confirmed that I was on the docket for a visit and said he should have been there. She apologized and said he must have run into a bigger job. Two hours passed and still no response, I called back. The receptionist apologized and said she would contact him again and either she or the exterminator would call me back. Again I did not receive a phone call. After four hours I called them back once again and this time I did get a response from the exterminator. He told me that he did not have me scheduled for a visit. I was astonished and asked how that could be, that we had spoken last week and I described our conversation. He denied we had one and said he knew nothing about it. He then told me he could come two days later. I didn't find this satisfactory as I had termite droppings, frass sitting in my house for a week (they ask that you not disturb the droppings so he'll know exactly what area to treat for termites.) Additionally I had arranged my schedule to accommodate his visit only to have a no show. I suggested maybe somebody else could come and do this sooner but he couldn't help me. I called back the company and explained the conversation. I asked if there was another exterminator I could have spoken with last week. The receptionist said he was the only person for my area. She went on to tell me that he had told them that he had tried to get in touch with me and had stopped by my place. This story seemed to spin in all directions now. I found this to be so outlandish I checked the call history on my phone. And yes he had called me last week, we spoke for 2 minutes which was when he apologized to me for having to wait 5 days for an appointment. He had not left me any other messages as the receptionist had stated. The receptionist then said that neither she nor the other receptionist had told me earlier that I had been on the docket for today and that there was no record of my appointment. Needless to say I was really taken aback and unclear as to why the story had suddenly changed. It became clearer to me after she told me that my billing cycle ended on December 1 (My original call to them was on November 28) and that I needed to pay for the upcoming year. At this point it became apparent there was no way I could make sense of this, they were no longer trustworthy and did not value my business. Rather than continue on with no successful outcome I told the receptionist I was sorry that this is how this relationship had to end but I would no longer need their services. Not sure what happen with this company, really liked them for the first two years and that is why they even got one star. read more
