That older quote was over double what Pest Quest wanted for a single treatment. Even the four-treatment package was a much better price point compared to the other company. We were able to get the wasps treated within less than 24 hours and they went away as Greg had mentioned. (The wasps were trying to create a nest on our home). Chance came and took care of the problem and assured me that the nest of "yellow jackets" who somehow had made their way into the wall would be eliminated. He explained that the type of chemical used would kill the adults but not the larvae. He is coming back in 2-3 weeks to continue treatment. If the residual pest control chemical doesn't kill the newly hatched "yellow jackets" the second chemical treatment will be applied. Chance also said it was just "bad luck" that the yellow jackets got into the house.

Great experiences!…read more Used a few years ago for roaches and ants, mostly in rental properties. Pros - Very pleasant. Not rushed. Not expensive compared to the usual companies. More effective treatments. No stringing you along with repeat visits. Roaches: unlike the bigboys that you pay to have come repeatedly, have to empty cabinets, and the roaches die all over the place... his chemicals ended the roaches almost instantly, didn't have to empty anything, safe around animals, and didn't have to clean up roaches. On huge infestations (falling from ceiling), within 2 days there were no more live ones. So disgusting, and solved so quickly. Ants too: detected, found nest, got rid of. I didn't even know what's what the property had. He showed me the sawdust with body parts that's evidence of them.

Service was provided on July 7th for an insect and mice control. First the good: the people setting…read morethe appointment were prompt and polite, and the technician that came out was also polite and friendly. The bad: we asked the technician to not use glue traps, and asked if any were used around the house. He said no, and said they were spring traps only. Not only did he set glue traps and several locations around the house, because he didn't disclose the use, he didn't disclose where the traps were set, so we have had to hunt around the house ourselves to remove them. We personally don't like using glue traps as they are inhumane and stated our preference for spring traps instead. Furthermore, today I found a centipede and one of the areas where he said at he sprayed, which as of this writing is less than 2 weeks after the service.
