Extremely disappointing service…read more They were super on top of it when we called for an estimate, so much so that we thought "wow these guys are responsive and do what they say they'll do". We signed up for the full home inspection and treatment (which they said would take 45 minutes to an hour for a house our size) plus paid in advance for a full year of 3 month follow up treatments. The "full inspection" was just a guy who came out for 15 minutes and sprayed for ants (we mentioned we had ants in the kitchen). We asked when we would get the home inspection and he said "oh I can spray the whole house for ants." That is NOT an inspection. He agreed and said someone would follow up to schedule it. Over the following three weeks we called the guy who sold us the service several times but he never called us back. We left voicemails at the main Connors office but they never called us back. We tweeted to their Twitter handle asking how to get help, no response. It was only when - a month after signing up - we threatened to report them to the BBB that they finally responded and canceled our service. BUT they still charged us for a full home inspection ($199) which we NEVER got. We should continue to fight them on it, but we've already wasted enough time. I strongly recommend you find another pest control company.

They educated me about the process and timing (living things out of the house). They got rid of the fleas on the first try. I signed a contract. For 2 years, Tamir Arslan has been an excellent technician. They come regularly, and quickly when I need a special service. He calls the night before and gives me a 2 hours window he never misses. Just today, he did a very thorough job on a mouse problem. After setting and clearing traps, spraying for pests, and treating for silverfish, he inspected the outside to find out where the little mouses are getting in! He told me to call anytime I need him to come out until we finish this.

BioTech has been servicing our unit and our building for years. They've always provided a fantastic…read moreservice, I couldn't be happier with them. My favorite experience involved a pesky mouse problem we had in our kitchen...a lesser exterminator probably would have just kept putting down more traps and more poison. BioTech explained that you can and should seal off your kitchen so there are no holes large enough for a mouse to enter. They did this, but we kept seeing the mouse. They kept coming back (probably 5-6 times) at no extra charge, each time searching and finding an additional entry point. Eventually, they got them all, and we've never had a mouse since! Thanks, BioTech!

Have used BioTech for just over a year, and told them today not to come back. The main problem is…read moretheir complete disorganization. I think they may have canceled or rescheduled more appointments than they actually showed up for. Today was typical: a few months ago they told me they would come today between 10 and 12. I got an email yesterday confirming my appointment for today -- between 2 and 4. In the end it didn't matter because no one showed up. I texted them around 4:30 and about 20 minutes later they called and said that their technician would be late (yes: obviously, since he was already late). So now I went on ChatGPT and it looked at their invoice and explained exactly what DIY stuff I would need every 3-4 months to easily do exactly what I was paying BioTech to do, at one-tenth the price.

I was shocked when Anthony arrived on time. Maybe it's just me but so often when I call a service provider they are wide of the mark for timeliness, for pest control, appliance repair, HVAC techs, what have you. Anthony was right on time and wore his booties. He checked out the situation and told me what I did and didn't need. Because my issues are coming from the kitchen and my kitchen is being remodeled in two weeks, he recommended to do nothing at this time and explained to me why I saw the mouse I did, that he was acting erratic because he encountered some of the rat poison and it messed him up and he is probably going off to die now, which felt reassuring. He didn't charge me anything for coming, which I'm always surprised and impressed with. Anthony is super friendly and personable, I never know if I will feel uncomfortable having a male tech come to the house when my boyfriend isn't home, but he just seems like a nice normal man you can easily have a conversation with. I pray to never ever need pest control services again, but I will call Anthony if I do, and I recommend you do the same.

Unacceptable Customer Service with Miche Pest Control- Virgina…read more I had been a loyal customer of Miche Pest Control for several years, but my experience ending service has been extremely disappointing. I requested cancellation of my service effective September 3rd, and they confirmed it. However, they still charged me for that time period. When I asked for a refund, they refused--even though I was no longer receiving services. This shows that Miche Pest Control values profits over people. Their unwillingness to issue a fair refund after years of business demonstrates poor ethics and disregard for customer loyalty. On top of that, their service quality had already been subpar, which was one of the main reasons I cancelled. I strongly recommend that others avoid this company and instead choose a more reputable provider. You can also check the Better Business Bureau, where you'll find additional complaints from past customers who experienced similar issues My response- that call mentions my renewal is 9/27. Hence the follow up actions. Bottom line that fee includes sept and i am not receiving that due to the cancellation. Its unethical to take someones money and not deliver service. It should be at minimum prorated.

They responded immediately and sent a technician out the same day, who set up traps--one of which successfully caught the rat. Unfortunately, the rat escaped the following day when they returned to retrieve the trap. However, they came back again at no additional charge, replaced the bait, and provided us with a clear plan moving forward. During that visit, they also discovered a dead rat under our refrigerator (we're not sure how long it had been there). Thanks to their responsiveness and thoroughness, we now have real peace of mind. We're very happy with their service and plan to continue using them.

All those years of dealing with pest control companies coming quarterly...what a waste. Adcock came and found the issue right away. I told my neighbor who was having ongoing mice problems (the people she hired didn't take care of the problem either) and Adcock found a small hole in a basement window where the mice were getting in. Their price seemed reasonable considering all the money I wasted on various supposed mice specialists over all those years!

Review for Lanes Termite Service Incorporated - 5 Stars…read more I cannot say enough good things about Lanes Termite Service Incorporated. This family-owned business has truly earned my deepest respect and highest recommendation. We recently experienced something terrifying--a massive swarm of flying termites at our front door. I'm talking thousands of them, buzzing around the entrance and creeping into the stairwell of our split-level home. I was absolutely shaken and didn't know what to do. I called Lanes Termite, and to my absolute relief, they were at our home in under an hour. Their professionalism, urgency, and kind demeanor instantly helped calm my nerves. They got straight to work without hesitation and handled the infestation with confidence and expertise--all for a very fair price. This isn't the first time Lanes has helped us--they previously handled a squirrel problem in our attic with the same care and professionalism. But this termite swarm had me truly panicked, and their quick response was nothing short of a blessing. What I love most about this company is that they've been serving families for over 40 years, and it shows. They bring not just experience, but a personal, trustworthy touch that's rare these days. You can tell they genuinely care. If you're looking for pest control you can trust with your home and peace of mind, look no further. Lanes Termite Service Incorporated is the absolute best. I would give them ten stars if I could!
