The staff is so friendly, my dog loves to go here! We recently lost one of our dogs, and I put a note in our account when i scheduled my other dog to board. I asked that they remove the dog who passed away from our account( it's just hard to see the reminder and have all those feelings come up again). They did exactly as I asked. When we picked our dog up from daycare today the staff at Bandit's had a sweet bouquet with a note attached. I was so touched. I have never experienced this level of customer service or sympathy from another facility. They know my dog by name when I walk in to drop my dog off; the level of personal care that they offer is unparalleled. I can't say enough good things about Bandit's, and we will continue to be customers as long as we have dogs to board.

We have been through socialization training with her and she is doing better. We were going on a road trip and we needed a place to care for her. We were very unsure of how she would do. We toured Ruff Life Resort first and were VERY impressed. The staff were very welcoming and showed us around. One thing I noticed right away was how good it smelled. They keep everything super clean. They offer a variety of suite sizes too. Since this was her first experience, they evaluated her first and with their expertise placed her with a group of dogs that she was actually able to make friends with. She had never been able to do that before. They have five large yards, indoor and out. Their is always someone with the dogs in the yards too. We got pictures and reports everyday on how she was doing and it made my heart happy to see how happy she was and we were able to enjoy our vacation knowing she was being very well cared for. They even bathed her and washed her stuffy toy we had for her. We will most definitely book this resort the next time we need to board her. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

I called Arcadia Veterinary Clinic and they arranged for an appointment that SAME DAY. Trent Williams and Rustin examined my dog and did so in a gentle, compassionate and thorough manner. After ruling out a fracture (without order reams of costly X-rays) they concluded it was an infection and prescribed a course of antibiotics and anti-inflammatories and took the time to explain how to administer them and what to look for over the next few days. I am so happy to say that one day later Jack's limp has mostly subsided and he's back to begging for treats and happily munching anything bearing the semblance of food. I am truly thankful for the quick, professional, compassionate and very cost effective treatment of my animal by the team at Arcadia. They went the extra mile for me and my dog.
