My dog and I love Doginhaus! She's stayed for a week overnight and also on daily visits. On the o er IG hrs I pay extra for the 'turn down service'. You get a photo of your dog, they spend bedtime snuggles and give them a cookie. She's so excited when she gets there and can't wait to get back to play. The employees know your dog by name and are always so kind to her. read more

Friendly staff member Rachael was very helpful. We are visiting Park City this week and little Halsey needed some play time so we could do other things. She had a great time! Nice place and loved that we could do 1/2 days which were perfect for us. Thanks!! read more

My standard poodle Maxx loves going to Doginhaus. The staff has become like family and attentive to all of Maxx's needs. Over the last year we have noticed many good changes in his behavior and his interaction with other dogs. Absolutely love Doginhaus. read more

We've been going to Doginhaus for a couple of years and I've never been disappointed with their service. Great facilities and a great team that absolutely love and care for our pups. read more

Great experience! The manager was very kind and accommodating. The location was clean and employees were friendly and attentive. We felt very at ease leaving our pups with them while we toured Park City. Definitely recommend! read more

Hands down, the best daycare and boarding experience my pups have ever had. Clean, kind, and professional! Love DoginHaus!

We had a terrible experience with the groomer. She cut our dog and then tried to claim it was a "hot spot". We met with the owner who admitted it wasn't a hot spot and they had cut him. They also kept him for hours longer than they said and said it was because the groomer "bounced between dogs while grooming". read more

Scheduled appointments with the groomer that does show cuts (girl closets to check out), and everytime I was checked out I was requested the amount of tip I wanted to leave! First of all, dog groomers or such businesses don't qualify for a tip and to ask every single time is so tacky. No being tacky. If they want more money they need to raise their prices. Today, I came in late and the groomer supposedly took another edit within the 30 mins I was late!¿ really. Was my 10% tip not good enough on top of the $165-$170 charge for grooming. Then, they say they are booked up till March. For customer service in Utah in horrible but seriously it just hurts to realize what you tip (which I can't afford) is not good enough for the business and/or groomer. read more

Thank you so much to Doginhaus for two tired dogs!! We came in from out of town to ski with family after Christmas and they were so accommodating to watch our two huskies while we skied! Our dogs were happy to go, and came back EXHAUSTED! Perfect way for them to have some fun while we did, too. read more

First time for my two labradoodles to be groomed at Doginhaus and what a wonderful experience! They both look happy and beautiful! We've already booked our return visit! And I got a tour of the facility and my two boys will be boarding there as well! Clean, well cared for and priced right! Thank you to Suzanne for the wonderful grooming!!! read more

These folks took wonderful care of my dog Scout during the first few months of the pandemic when I relocated to Utah and my life was upside down. He came to daycare here several days per week and boarded to. He always seemed happy when we would pull up and ran right in. Paula who was a regular behind the front desk was great to work with. I have positive memories and this review is long overdue. read more

Best dog groomer ever we had a Latin gentleman he was lovely. Very kind and worked within our budget. They have the cutest dog beds etc. they did give some terrible advice though about a vet across from parking lot of them #powderpaws or I would have given 5 stars It is such a cute store and the people are wonderful and warm. I have signed up for dog training classes so excited to go back. read more

My wife and I took a vacation to Park City for the weekend, and dropped our little puppy off at Doginhaus. The staff was extremely friendly and showed genuine care for our dog. We were nervous about how our little 9-pound dog would get along with the large 100-pound dogs, but the staff did a great job with getting Brinkley acclimated to the group. The large facility gives the dogs plenty of space to run around in. Staff is always present with the dogs to ensure that the dogs behave themselves. I really liked the mirror window that allowed us to spy on our dog. My only wish: I would love to see them install a webcam so we could check in on our dog every now and then. read more

My boyfriend and I were visiting park city to ski and we brought our 7 month old puppy to doginhaus for daycare. She absolutely LOVED it. She couldn't wait to go back the next day!!! I felt so comfortable leaving my dog there because of the staff! Abby is AWESOME. You will not regret bringing ur dog here!! Thank you!!! read more

We boarded our two dogs here during a short visit to Park City. Super friendly, they required proof of vaccinations ( I believe that shows real care). They have nice little 'suites' with plexiglass fronts so the pups can see out. Very large indoor play area opens into outdoor play area. I picked up on a Sunday morning during cleaning, very thorough cleaning was being carried out. Smelled fresh, not dog! I advise booking ahead, they don't overcrowd and are clearly popular. Now if they would only take my kids..... read more

Our dog LOVES Doginhaus. What a wonderful asset to living in Park City!! The staff is wonderful and always welcomes with a great smile and cheerful attitude. read more

I concur with previous reviews of Doginhaus, this place is wonderful! I visited Park City, UT with my girls on 12/17/13 and wanted to find a good place for them to stretch their legs while I went snowboarding. The staff was awesome, and helped me get their vaccination documentation as I forgot to bring it with me. They worked with my vets to receive the docs over email and fax. How awesome! I was able to hit the slopes with no worries, and I'm fairly certain the girls did NOT want to get back into the car after their wonderful day at the facility. To top it off, the charges were waived as part of their free day promotion! I have no idea how I got so lucky finding this place, but you can guarantee I'll be back next time I'm traveling through Salt Lake City with the girls. Thank you Doginhaus for raising the bar on the doggie daycare experience! read more

Very caring staff. I have 2 senior rescue dogs that I take there to be groomed. They do an excellent job grooming and they seem happy when I pick them up. read more

Nice staff. Happy dog. Reasonable price. Will use again for daycare next time we're up skiing.

Unbelievable service. Facility is outstanding and big! And my big doodle Murph LOVES it here. We drop him at day care and go ski, pick him up and everyone is exhausted at the end of the day. Such a nice, pleasant, helpful staff. Split time in Chicago and NYC and there is not one daycare in either city that comes anywhere close to what doginhaus is...amazing! read more

We've been customers of Doginhaus for almost 2 years. In the morning, our dog is so excited to be there. He is so well loved by the great staff. The team is professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Our dog's experience every week day has been extremely positive. We pick him up in the afternoon and he is so happy and very tired. The team plays with the dogs and engages with them throughout the day. They are highly observant of dog interactions and know when the dogs are getting a little cranky or too rambunctious. This is not just a dog sitting service. In addition to the great staff, the facility is constantly cleaned and sanitized. Our dog loves Doginhaus and they love him. I cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

I recently found myself on a last minute overnight trip to Park City with my two dogs in tow, and was in need of somewhere to board them for a couple hours on a Sunday morning. It was easy to make a last minute reservation with Doginhaus, even though my dogs had never stayed there before, and the bonus was that their first stay was "on the house." Which I kind of felt guilty about since I only needed their services for this one day, but that is one of many reasons why I will definitely use their services again next time I find myself in Park City - and I would happily recommend Doginhaus to anyone else! All of the staff members I encountered were very friendly and attentive and it was clear my dogs were in good hands from the start. The facility is also conveniently located right off the Interstate and is close to the Canyons Resort. read more

I dropped my dog here for 5 days while we were in Park City and it was great! The place is located in a newer building very close to PC. The large free range play area is a plus but I loved that he could go out into the fenced outdoor area whenever his little heart desired (weather permitting). It's clean and well kept, and the pups are kept in line by someone at all times. Five stars for the facility and location, Extremely friendly staff, the "good time" Pete seemed to have, and the amazing (and reasonably priced) bath he received the morning of pick up. I wish he could go on the slopes with us but this place will do just fine! read more

Took my dog (Sully) to Doginhaus for several days of daycare while I snowboarded. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable; they remembered her after just 1 day! Sully's kind of an escape artist and they kept an eye on her, so that meant a lot. I'll definitely use them again when I'm in the area! read more

They did a great job grooming my labradoodle. Would highly recommend.

I want to give zero stars!! I brought my year old Bull Terrier here last year while we were staying in PC for a month. My pup had been going to dog day care since she was 3 months old almost every day. To say the least she is very socialized. However, like all dogs and people in a new environment she was nervous and excited. So we brought her to Doginhaus for a test day. She did fine and then we decided to get a 10 pack and drop her off on the days we boarded all day. So,she went for a couple of days. Each day, we got a report from the front desk that she was great. No problems. Then on the third day, in the middle of the day I got a call that I need to pick my dog up right away as she has been kicked out of day care. WTF. I asked why and was told that they just could not handle her. OK, totally understand, a puppy bull terrier like to play rough..but she is very smart and if you tell her to stop she will. I was totally baffled. I went and got my dog and she seemed fine. I had planned on boarding her for a night while we went to a resort on the other side of UT..I asked if she could still board. They said yes but under NO circumstances could she play with the other dogs. This was brutal for her..so the apparently walked her right by the other dogs and she freaked out and ate through her harness. Awesome. There goes another $30 bucks. Anyway, we did not bring her back but what we did ask for was a refund on the remaining 10 pack. Mind you this is about $200. They said sure they would credit our card but they could not do it right then because the owner had to do it and she was not around. OK. So we go home and still no credit. My husband calls them..Oh yea, she is not here..want her voicemail...sure..left message...call again, she is not here, want her voicemail..sure..left message. You get the idea! Nothing. No credit, no call back, nothing. This has gone on for a year. We went back to PC this year and found a great day care, Park City Dog Resort right up the street from Doginhaus. Totally awesome place..highly recommend. As for Doginhaus what kind of business is this? They can't handle the dogs..OK I understand if they do not hire quality people but to not give us back our money. Crazy. Totally unprofessional. Can not believe they are still in business with this type of ethics or lack of. Hope this helps some other poor dog owner. Do not trust your fur babies to these crooks. read more

Doginhaus does a great job grooming my dog, Cooper. He has been skittish about being groomed in the past, but when we arrived today, he saw Denise and went right in without a problem. When that happens I know he is being well cared for! I am happy to have a groomer that Cooper likes and who does a first rate job !!! Also, their doggy day care is excellent. Thank you Denise and Doginhaus. read more

Doginhaus is the best for daycare, boarding and grooming. When we pull in the parking lot our dog can't wait to get out of the car and run inside. Tracy and Denise are the greatest groomers and totally understand the Wheaten look. So happy to be taking our dog there for 8 plus years! read more

I can't believe no one has reviewed this place yet! Everyone I know goes here! Anyway... The facility is set up in a creative and fun way - with a large play area so all the dogs of the same size are together and social. There is a huge glass window so you can watch your dog interact with all the other ones. I have kept my english bulldog there several times for boarding and take him there for weekly baths. Everyone on the staff truly cares about his well being. They call me all the time to give me little updates if I ask them to, about how he's doing, and they even give him breaks from playing sometimes since bulldogs shouldn't have too much exercise. They use a special oatmeal shampoo on his sensitive skin, which smells great and leaves his skin so soft. One downside is that due to their popularity, if you want to leave your pet there for a holiday weekend they usually sell out. Also, it takes about a week to get an appointment for bath. But, it is worth the wait and planning ahead...one time I came to pick up my dog and when they let him out from the back he ran up to me wagging his tail and gave me some licks hello, then quickly ran back to the door to the play area and looked up at the lady who works there, like 'come on - let me back in!' He loves playing there so much with all the other dogs he didn't even want to come home! read more

Great experience so far with taking my little dog Ronnie here for daycare. The facility is super clean, and all of the staff I have met have been very friendly and helpful. There is also a terrific veterinary clinic, Powder Paws, directly across the parking lot, so that gives me a little peace of mind in case there is ever an emergency. They have a separate area for small dogs, which was very important to me, since Ronnie gets a little overwhelmed when there are bigger rambunctious dogs running around. Anyway, big thumbs-up for Doginhaus - high-quality operation with nice people. read more

Our Lab has boarded with Doginhaus for many years without incident. He looks forward to staying there for daycare or for extended care. On the most recent overnight stay, he developed a very serious condition (bloat - nothing to do with boarding or care) and the owner recognized it immediately (we would not have known what was going on with him were we at home), rushed him across the parking lot to Powder Paws for immediate diagnosis and stabilization and when they recommended an emergency surgery, raced him down in her own car to a specialist surgeon in Midvale (45 minutes away) for successful surgery that saved his life -- literally. Without her racing him over to PP and then to BluePearl, our Lab would certainly have died. She called us to keep us informed throughout as we were out of town and thereafter to ask how he was doing in surgery and post-ICU. I cannot recommend Doginhaus enough; the staff is not only competent to watch your dog play and his/her health, each member of staff, from owner on down, is caring and Doginhaus goes over and beyond what one would reasonably expect from a boarding facility. I commend Doginhaus as more fun for our dog than staying at home when we are away and the owner and staff as extremely diligent, attentive and certainly more knowledgeable than we are about canine health issues. Bravo -- our dog will be a loyal boarder for life. Thank you so very much. read more

I've been taking my rescued Golden Retriever for grooming with Denise for more than a year. My dog has real issues with the hair dryer. Denise has taken extra time to reduce the trauma of her grooming. I will not take my dog anywhere else because of the loving care she gets at Doginhaus. read more

This was my first time to take my doodle dog to Doginhaus for grooming. I really didn't know what kind of cut to ask for, so I left it up to the groomer. Hillary did a superb job! My doodle looks beautiful. The only reason for the 4 stars vs. 5 is because it's a little on the pricey side. Nevertheless, I will take my doodle there again. Scheduling was easy, everyone was so nice, my doodle liked them and she looks beautiful! Thanks, Doginhaus. read more
