The kittens were always very well taken care of and you could tell that they came from quality foster homes. Very reasonable, adoption fees, spayed, and neutered and current on vaccinations. I've also had the pleasure of fostering kittens with Second Chance. The owner does what she says and supplies you with everything you need to take care of the animals. The commitments are not long and she is able to take the animals back as promised and on time. I recently was in there, and there was a woman trying to adopt a dog. It was obvious the woman did not have a home. The owner was not going to allow the woman to adopt the dog because she did not have a safe place for the dog to live. Although the woman was very upset, the owner was very professional and kind as she explained that she could not in good conscience adopt a pet out that didn't have a safe environment. percent she is concerned about the welfare of the animals. I will always refer people to them whether they're in the market to adopt an animal or if they're interested in fostering or volunteering there it's a great place with low overhead and a lot lot of love.!

The people who run this organization are incredibly charitable and put so much effort into these dogs and cats. I recently visited and they had three dogs available. They were happily running around inside their enclosures outside under the shade of the tree. There were lots of other dog runs/kennels that looks much smaller, but also like they were no longer in use. There were not a lot of animals to choose from-but maybe that's because they all found homes or were in foster homes when we visited. Hopefully that's the case-and they are getting closer to their goal of No More Homeless Pets!

Paws for Life gave me Medication for my cat without the license to do so! I had to go through the state to find out! Almost killed him! Then called me a bad owner, and wanted the cat back to cover up their mess. They recommended 10x the dosage for his weight! Happy I went to a real vet! crazy how I haven't seen anymore cats from you guys after I reported you!!! Even at petco!!!! I'm so psyched! But also turns out I'm not the only one who reported you. They also lied and failed to tell me my cat had feline herpes, along with all of their cats in the shelter!!!!!! Can't make that stuff up!! Fast forward, after I stopped giving him your "recommended dose, even if he's looking not good" he did a total flip!!! You should have your business shut down!! You people are disgusting. I've only heard horror stories from everyone around town after this.

I'm hoping someone here can help clarify what happened with Savannah…read more Savannah is back with Chelsey in Park City. I'm trying to understand how that happened because, when I spoke with the Humane Society and Park City Animal Control, I was told that Savanna was supposed to go either Nuzzles or back to the Humane Society a that Chelsey was on a no-adoption list. The Humane Society also told me they have a video from September 4 showing Chelsey returning a cat she had previously adopted to the donation bin!!!!! With that information, I'm genuinely confused about how Savannah ended up remaining in Chelsey's care and how that was allowed to happen despite what I was told. If anyone has firsthand information about Savannah's placement or can explain what happened, I would really appreciate some clarification. My only concern is Savanna's safety and making sure this sweet dog is in a safe and appropriate home. And believe me I will not let this situation go. I am prepared to reach out to my friends at the Park record and KSL television. I told the Humane Society and Summit County animal control I have a person who would provide a wonderful loving home to Savannah

While there, a man whose cat was caught and brought to the shelter was yelling obscenities and threats to the staff. While the staff handled it calmly, there were many of us who witnessed this.
