Came by after a hike with the pup, and at first I was a little annoyed that we needed to have a appointment for a self-bath but we were taken care of right away, and Kim (I think?) got a tub ready for us immediately. I then saw why an appointment was needed as they only had 3 tubs. Everything was extremely clean and all the equipment worked well, as well as the water pressure and temperature staying consistent (we been to other places in the past that practically froze or almost burnt out dogs). So next time, we will follow the policy and make an appointment as this has got to be one of the nicest self-bathing places we have ever been to. Customer service was extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back! read more

My dog has a long coat and with the gentle oatmeal shampoo and conditioner it leaves him light and bouncy . He was featured on their ig story as well . read more

Great place, easy to use and kind helpful staff. Highly recommend this great spawt to go

I've driven by this place for years and decided to stop in for the first time today. I was promptly greeted and helped! Teighan showed me different harnesses and helped get my little doxy fitted. Brooke helped with the final adjustments and gave her some extra love. It was a wonderful experience. They even gave us a sample treat to try and my picky girl loved it, so we will definitely be back to explore more of what they have to offer. Thank you girls! read more

Locally owned business with good quality, nice selection, and knowledgeable staff. I look forward to going back!

Best self-serve dog washing station in SLC! We've been to a few self-wash stations in the SLC area and we think Pet Spawt is the best one! Why? The store is clean and the staff is friendly, but most importantly, their unique shampoo water mixing system! Their shampoo and conditioners are already mixed in their water system, you can simply select 1,2,3, or 4 and the water will come out already mixed with shampoo/conditioner. They also have 3 different types of shampoo you can choose from. Hours: open every day except Monday, but they are open Sundays! There aren't many that open on Sundays, which is another reason why I love Pet Spawt. You don't need an appointment for weekdays but for weekends, you need to call or schedule an appointment online in advance. read more

High quality products and I love that they are open on Sundays, but they are appointment only for dog wash on Saturdays and Sundays. We just walked around the store for 10 minutes until a clerk was able to tell us they don't take walk-ins. read more

What a great facility! Tubs are easy to use. Good products, nice staff, happy dogs! Don't forget to buy a treat or two on your way out!

Pet Spawt is consistently amazing. The staff here is so down to earth, friendly, and always smiling! They really take their time with each customer to help in any way possible. I usually come with one dog, but I adopted another dog recently, so I brought both in for a bath. They were helpful and offered either a divider in the tub so I could wash both at once, or I could have one waiting while the other was getting bathed. Since I am used to having just one dog here, I decided to wash one at a time. Their system is really easy to use as you switch back from water, to shampoo or conditioner. My dogs did really well when we were here together and we can't wait to go back again soon. They do have a bath punch card they keep track of for you, and you will get a free bath after 10. They also carry everything else you would need for your pet, including treats and fun collars and leashes. read more

Second time we've been here because they are open on Sunday. They make you stop blow drying if your dogs hair is blowing around due to the blow dryer... which is literally the whole point you would go to dog wash and not just wash at home? There's three other dog wash spots 15 min distance that are accommodating to Australian Sheppards or any other breed with long hair that are way better than this place with friendly staff and clean tubs! read more

We love it here! My dog is a large breed and that middle tub makes it so easy for me and my husband because yes, it is a 2 man job. They have everything you need there, and their dryers actually work! read more

Phenomenal staff, well kept. Loved the facility and products! They really helped my reactive dog feel at home and we got him super clean read more

Great place for a dog bath! This was my first time visiting here, and we loved it! The staff was super helpful and friendly, the water/shampoo combo is amazing, and you have everything you need for an easy bath...without the mess at home. They also do a punch card...10th bath free. We will definitely be back! read more

I love supporting local businesses. Was clean. I totally appreciated the help with finding a harness for my dog. My pup has a skinny neck and larger chest. Employee spent time talking about the different harnesses & tried 2 on. She showed me how to fit it correctly. Not too many stores have great service, good smells & knowledgable staff will be back to try the bathing stations. read more

Great facility and super helpful staff. They are the best self-wash dog option in the area.

These people are the greatest. I have a loud large hairy and reactive dog who hates his baths. They are so kind they do not bat an eye at his antics and never make me feel badly. They don't let you clean up (and actually you trying can stain their towels lol) so just overall the best. Also love their frozen bones. read more

We came early and they were nice with quickly cleaning the station we were slated to use. The staff member helping us was nice and explained how everything worked as this was our first time. For having a large Bernese dog, this self wash bath was definitely worth going to and we plan on coming back because it is so worth it. read more

I love a good referral. We came here to try out their dog wash. It was pretty cool. Spacious. Clean. Safe. Our pup loved every minute of his bath. We were able to chose between two different shampoos, a face shampoo, conditioner and rinse. They had brushes and furminators to use during the grooming. Even little treats to keep your dog happy. Seriously, they have everything, you don't have to bring anything but your dog. We also ended up picking up a furminator for 10$ less than what we would pay at petsmart. Plus the employees here were so nice and helpful. Even the other customers were so nice. read more

Pet Spawt - My dog here. - Pet Stores Near Me - Holladay, Utah

This is an incredible one-stop-shop. They carry all the best and relevant dog and cat products. They are one of only a couple of shops in the state that carry Zignature (the brand I feed all of my pups). The also have the Fluff n Tuff toys, which are the ONLY plush chew toys that my big dogs can't destroy within a matter of moments. They have a great variety of food and high quality treats, and if that wasn't enough, they also have a self serve dog wash with high tech features. No need to bring your own shampoo/conditioner because it's literally built INTO the water hose. It used to be that I would have to drive to MULTIPLE specialty pet stores in order to get all of my preferred products, but now I have these guys! Plus... The owner is one of the nicest and most helpful humans I've met. They are a shining example of why supporting local is so important. read more

I love this place. A few months ago my dog had been out roaming and came home smelling like dog crap, literally. So I mapped the nearest wash and found this place. Pet Spawt - Grover getting squeaky clean in the dog bath! - Pet Stores Near Me - Holladay, Utah

The place is clean, with quality products, & a very easy tub area. Three tubs & an insert that fits on any tin to raise up the puppy platform even further. Tucker is an owner... is clearly a natural dog person... & has a pretty damned cute smile too. The spray nozzle has a nice option for just water or choosing any of four shampoos. Bonus - the shampoo, towels, & power-blow-dryer are all included. I think it was $10 for my 40 pound pup! read more

This place is great! I use the self-serve dog wash there (call and make an appointment the day before if you are coming in on a weekend). They spend the extra money to get higher quality dog shampoos that don't irritate my dog's skin and are knowledgeable and have ore natural and high quality products. They've got 3 grooming stations, treats, toys, and dog food. read more

We have a large dog that takes a while to dry, so we tried the DIY bath tubs. The shop is clean and the the owner and staff are so friendly. The big tubs with side walls make bathing our dog so easy (as opposed to crouched our bathtub at home). I love the soap and conditioner dispenser that is integrated with the water hose (think DIY car wash). Also, the industrial blow dryers make quick work of getting our fluffy dog dry. Pet Spawt provides very thing you need too: waterproof aprons, scissors, brushes, dog treats, shampoo and conditioner. They also have lots of dog food and other pet supplies in the front of the store. read more

Took my very shaggy doodle for a wash here after another furry dog owner recommended them and I'm so glad we found this place! The spayed automatically mixes in the shampoo or conditioner, so it's much easier to really get your pup clean and rinsed. There are lots of great food choices, treats, toys, and other pet supplies as well, and their prices are reasonable. We will be going to Pet Spawt often! read more

I love this place! I have 2 Great Danes and it's difficult to find pet stores that accommodate their huge size. So thanks for being so clean and keeping the larger breeds in mind! I'm excited to bring them in for baths. They loved the Himalayan chews and the cbd treats as well! read more

Worse local business in Holladay. Twice at much as their DIY dog wash competitors in the area. Lazy, uncaring employees that do not value your time or your dog. You don't get any towels to dry your dog, and they do not care about cleanliness. This place is a joke. read more
